Amazing meze, amazing food in general, 3rd visit and always a gr/eat meal. Good selection of drinks. Could do with more prosecco choices but the bottle they have is lovely. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant has a very buzzy atmosphere and the service is great BUT bit disappointed by the menu. One of the main reasons I regularly holiday in Greece and the Greek Islands is the food. Have now been to Gr/eat three times and I've ended up having the same food on each occasion. So many options now come with chips. Surely there is no need to cater for the Eastbourne tourists and residents who must have chips with everything.

Wow !!! What an experience , food totally fantastic , had vegetarian meze. Every dish tasted totally different full of beautiful flavours, big portions ,never actually finished it. Lovely atmosphere , attentive and very helpful staff. Cost effective , cosy environment with traditional Greek music playing in the back ground . Would definitely recommend to any one who enjoys great foods bursting with flavours in a warm relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere .

Everyone has a different perspective but for us this was a lovely venue. I would recommend the Meze first time of visting as it is great value but could be too much for some people. We enquired about the various wine and the very helpful proprietor suggested we taste the house red which was fine and very reasonable. The folks waiting on table were very efficient and friendly. One word of caution...book in advance as the restaurant had to turn people away whilst we were there on a Friday night.

Great food and great prices. Prime location near beach and shops. Supreme service from the staff. We ordered the baked feta and butter been starters and were really tasty. For main we had chicken on the skewer which we recommend. Expect to pay less then £30 for two people for 2 starters 2 mains and 2 soft drinks.

Absolutely delicious food, very authentic and fresh, plus the most wonderful owner and staff. It was so good we went 3 times in 5 days. The kitchen is extremely flexible, any requests are immediately granted, and the owner is happy to give his own suggestions and is very generous with portions. Incredibly cheap for the quality and quantity; we paid under £100 for 3 people with aperitif, starters, mains and a bottle of wine, and coffee & digestif for one person as well.

Visited on a Saturday evening and although we hadn't booked we were seated immediately downstairs, very nice and cosy. The food was fantastic; we had halloumi and courgette balls to start followed by chicken breast with mushroom sauce and chicken souvlaki. Everything was cooked perfectly. The only thing we found a little odd was that the mains came with both rice AND chips, a little too much carbs even for us long distance runners. That said the chips were cooked in rosemary and were delicious. The pricing here was very reasonable, highly recommended.

Visited here on Thursday evening. Looked busy when we walked by, as we went in it felt cosy with a buzzing atmosphere. The gentleman couldn’t do any more for us, he arranged the table we wanted, put up,the heating for us and was very attentive to our needs. As vegetarians we went for the vegetarian mezze, wow it was totally fantastic. Lots and lots of food, all the dishes tasted beautiful with lots of different flavours. The gentleman explained every dish to us.

We visited tonight and were absolutely delighted with the warm welcoming reception. We were seated in the middle of the unassuming deli come restaurant which was filled with a selection of small and large groups of guests, all enjoying their meals. We looked over the menu and selected 2 mezes (Calamari and Sausages in tomato sauce) followed by 2 mains (Lamb chops and Moussaka) - all four dishes were absolutely delicious. The wine was Greek and complimented the wonderful food.
Looking around the room was filled with smiling people who were all enjoying the warm atmosphere, the waiters appearing to fill up glasses with wine, attentive without smothering you.
I truly enjoyed each dish and the wonderful happy ambiance of the restaurant and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Eastbourne.

I have visited this restaurant twice now, once as part of a big party and again with my husband. Both times the food was outstanding and the service excellent. My husband and I treated ourselves to the Greek menu, and were delighted with everything. We have been to several Greek islands and love the food, but have never found anything authentic upon our return, until now. The portions are large, to be honest we could have shared what we were given with at least one other person, but because it is so delicious, we tried our best to eat as much as we could.
We look forward to coming back and sampling other treats on the menu!

Wonderful atmosphere. Delicious set menu. Great flavours and good portions. Attentive waiting staff. Wonderful trio playing Greek Music. Good value and will come again. Only problem was Music was a bit loud and continuous! Dancing was a great idea but they should try and use the basement for it!

Our only suggestion is that it was really loud and without a break so conversation was quite difficult. I think they should consider making use of the downstairs for another music night with dancing after a meal downstairs so there is room for people to take part!!

We gathered for a late lunch at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Eastbourne today. We chose the set meal as we really wanted to chat and catch up with each other. Well, what a surprise when we were inundated with lots and lots of different dishes. Each dish was carefully explained by the server or the boss. There were the expected taramasalata and pitta bread, but the baked feta was gorgeous and tasty. We had the obligatory Greek salad, but this was splashed with lovely, good quality olive oil. Then the main courses arrived...blimy...they were well cooked tasty and served hot....just was was needed on a day like today. Yes we were seduced into buying 2 bottles of retsina...and I tell you what, it was a brilliant choice...we had a lovely chat and catch up....we shall come back I’m sure of that.
