Really super, just like a taverna, we could have been sitting in Greece. They even brought chilled glasses for my Mythos beer. We love it and the staff are lovely too!!

This is a new face in eastbourne and its a welcome addition...the staff are friendly nd the food is fresh and plentiful. We started with some assorted appetisers all of which were lovely and a main course of chicken kebabs served with rice...home made fries(yummy) and salad..it was delicious..wine list is very greek but worth a try and best of all the bill was very reasonable...the atmosphere is fresh and new so I would make sure you visit..its great to have a real contender in Eastbourne

We visited here sunday afternoon after always walking past and seeing such nice food. We weren't disappointed. We had a couple of Greek beers and ordered the set lunch for 2. It was delicious and you get big portions for your money. We can't wait to come back again!

It was my birthday - 51 but I look 40 ish (hoestly!) And headed to a restaurant I have reviewed on here before. But have to say again - this is a great place to eat. Haloumi and exceptional calamari to start. Mousakka and luganiga for mains. Great staff. Great food. Great restaurant.

While on a weekend break in Eastbourne we decided to go for a Greek meal, so we went to Gr/eat. We had not booked and although they were busy they accomadated myself and my husband. The food was amazing and we would highly recommend Gr/eat for a fabulous meal, wine and a very warm welcome from owner and staff.

What a great place this is, food is fresh, tasty and well, just good.
We read the reviews, but when we arrived still hesitated a little. Don't!
The set menu was ordered together with a bottle of Greek wine. The Meze was the best.
The bill came, we could not believe the value.

We had the two course lunch at £11.90 and chose the vegetarian options of Greek salad and veggie moussaka - both were lovely! There was a nice atmosphere with Greek music and it made me remember how much I love Greece.
The same menu is available in the evening but at a much higher price so I probably would stick to going there for lunch.Overall - good food & atmosphere.

A last minute decision to head to the coast for the afternoon, to make the most of the September sun, brought us to lunch at this lovely Greek restaurant. Nice welcome and the warm sea air, with Greek music in the background, transported us back to island holidays.
Food was excellent and they have a lunch menu offer of meze/salad + main for, I think, £10.95, which is great value. We shared pita (seasoned with herbs), Greek salad and excellent Calamari (fresh & perfect texture) with tzatziki, then chicken souvlaki for mains. All delicious! (maybe bring some tabasco with you if you like spicy).
We drank sparkling water, Mythos beer and a glass of very good house white. Finished with Greek coffee, also excellent (and the smell of Greek coffee is one of my favourites).
A quality experience and great value. We plan to return asap to try the moussaka.

5 of us returned for the evening on 3/9. As always we were greeted as if we were family with attentive service and brilliant food . A great time was had by all. The restaurant was full and people who hadn't booked were having to be disappointed. We'll be back soon

Visited on an evening when Terminus Road was closed and live band playing in the street, as part of the Harley Davidson, Eastbourne Boulevard event.
Walked in at 8:00pm and was greeted and seated immediately. Wasn't sure what to have, but the friendly owner suggested the Meze. Lovely food! all dishes were fresh and well presented. Portions are quite generous too! The staff were very friendly and efficient.
The atmosphere with Greek music and soft lighting added to the feel.
We left happy and full, and will definitely return to this lovely little find!

The restaurant is small so you need to book if you want to eat there on Friday or Saturday evening. We were lucky we just walked in on a Thursday and were given one of the last tables available. The staff are attentive and friendly but don't harass you while you are eating. The food is simple well cooked and very tasty and reminded me of lovely holidays in Greece.

Decided to try this place after reading the rave reviews and what a good choice it was! 5 of us dined for my husband’s birthday meal, we decided to have the meze so we could try out many of the Greek dishes. Every dish was delicious and there was so much food, it just kept on coming out – advise you wear elasticated trousers! Definitely the best Greek food we’ve tried outside of Greece - and we've tried many.
The service was excellent and food very reasonably priced. The restaurant was very busy for a Monday night so would suggest to book in advance. Our new favourite eatery in Eastbourne!

Visited because of Trip Advisor reviews, small so need to book.
Night we visited was a busy night with Harley bike convention! However we had thankfully booked. Whilst food was very good, have to say that staff could have been more welcoming. We had early booking and were first time customers. No welcome, hello
just are you ready to order? five minutes, no! Asked about the Mezze only to be told that it was popular. Proceeded to order and food was very good but maybe staff need to visit Greece again....having recently returned...maybe lived in England too long and forgotten how to welcome customers?

Had lunch here today with a friend. It was our first visit to this new restaurant in Eastbourne. The staff were friendly. Nice relaxing atmosphere. We had the set lunch of a starter and main meal for £10.90 each. My friend had tsziki with bread and then moussaka. She declared each to be excellent. I had a Greek salad with feta cheese and then chicken souvlaki which came with rice and chips! Mine was also excellent. Very fresh salad. The main meals were well cooked. The kitchen is in full view but there were no overpowering cooking smells. All in all a great restaurant. Will definitely return.

We spotted this lovely place whilst in Eastbourne visiting family and decided to grab a spot of lunch.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we were seated quickly. The menu had a nice variety of options to choose from and we decided to have mixed dips to start followed by the gyros kebab.
The food was well presented and was extremely tasty, and was quickly polished off.
We decided to have a look at the dessert menu, and chose the baklava and kataifi. Both were extremely delicious, and the vanilla ice cream which accompanied them was amazing.
I would thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone who likes Greek cuisine as it is both authentic and extremely tasty.

We visit this restaurant regularly and have never had a bad meal. The food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The owners Vasilis and Vicky are so nice and always have time to talk to us. We visited with friends last night and we all had a great time and I made a point of asking everyone how their food was. There was no need, the reviews had been done online as we were at the table! All good I might add and some were planning what they would order on their next visit. It is essential to book if you don't want to be disappointed, even lunchtimes can be very busy. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough - give it a try or you will miss out on something Gr/eat!

We had lamb shank at the restaurant. They serve a generous amount in plate and the food tasted awesome. The meat was falling apart from bone and the meat was so juicy. In all it was a awesome lamb shank.

Outside of Greece itself, this has to be the best Greek food I have tasted , add to that the wonderful, friendly staff, the beautifully cooked food, the atmosphere, recommend the meze . We had a lovely time here and it's No 1 in our books for places to eat in Eastbourne. A big yes to a return visit

I came here for dinner after a nice trekking along the white cliffs and we couldn't have chosen better. The place is beautiful with nice traditional Greek music. The ladies working there were nice, friendly and efficient. We ordered baked aubergine, grilled vegetables and halloumi salad, courgette fries and lamb chops as main. We were really hungry, and we ate almost everything. Every single thing was delicious. We have been in many Greek restaurants in UK and this is the one closer to real Greece. The house wine was the only available by glass, it was ok, could have been better to be honest. The price was very reasonable with a bill of £47 included the tip. A shame this restaurant is not closer to London and i could go more often ;-)

We enjoyed an impromptu meal here. The calamari were succulent and crisp. Feta encased in sesame was unusual and delicious. Our moussaka was light, and tasty. The service was willing and pleasant. An excellent meal.
