Great place to visit! We took a 3yr old and an 18 month. Both loved it and there were plenty of things to see and do for them. Fun to go rowing in the lake too. We went today, midweek and during term time, and it wasn't too busy. Loved the owls and the guys looking after them were so informative. All the staff were really happy, friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again 😊

I took my 7yr old granddaughter just over a week ago, it’s a fantastic place apart from the fact they don’t have anyone restricting numbers or behaviour on the jumping pillows. Within a minute of her being on there a boy of around 14-15 knocked her flying and ran off as he was running around on there with his friends. She was in a lot of pain and so we had to leave, I told the young girls on the way out what had happened and they said other mum’s had also complained about this.

Lovely place for all the family and adults (we can with 2 sets of parents and 4 kids aged between 4 and 9). Get there early.. We spend 6 hrs here and still didn't get round everything. The giant slides and water shoots are great..

Better than spending hours queuing for a couple of rides at Chessington! (If you kids are younger than 16)

Great place to take the kids . Even great for adults too with the animals. Will look at buying a yearly membership as worth the money

Our first visit to Knockhatch as 2 adults with our 3 kids 12,10 and 7.
It was a good place to visit but they really could learn from some other attractions and have a policy for children with SEN as queuing for almost an hour with our 3 girls, one of whom has autism was challenging.
The highlight for the kids was the rowing boats and the Safari Simulator.
I feel for the entry price the bungee and Go Kart activities should be free.
Or add £1 onto each ticket (entry price) as it was a shame not everything was included.
Top tip for visitors, I would say this is not a place for Teens.
I think kids older than 12 might be disappointed there isn’t more for them to do so better for Primary aged kids or pre school kids.

Overcrowded… didn’t really enjoy unfortunately. Spent more time queuing than enjoying. Kids refused to queue after the first ride as that took an hour which was completely unnecessary as could have moved a lot faster if the staff member was more efficient. Don’t think we’ll be visiting again, just better things to spend my time and money on. Not sure the kids particularly enjoyed it either.

Had a great day out BUT take ALL your own food! Drinks and snacks very overpriced and staffing at outlets was woeful - 45 minutes in short queue to purchase a cheeseburger! Children had a fabulous day but disappointed to find so many £1 attractions just as you arrived - having paid so much to get through the gate I didn’t expect to be forking out more £££ so soon but the sand diggers were irresistible to my 3 year old! The owl demonstration was a highlight and very informative and the wooden castle very much enjoyed but why not more seats for the adults to sit while the children were playing? Grandparents don’t want to sit on wood chipping on the floor?

Great family day out lots to do. Fun splash pool if hot weather. Due to the field flooding parking was very difficult. No staff helping or information
