Whether you visit this restaurant with children/grandchildren or as a couple the service and food quality is consistently excellent. For young grandchildren colouring materials are provided in abundance to keep them amused. Great place for diners of all ages

My wife and I have visited this restaurant several times since we first discovered it in 2011. On each occasion, the most recent being yesterday, we have found the quality of the food and service to be of a very high standard ensuring value for money. The staff always combine a pleasant attitude with professionalism in their service. The chef's consistently deliver good food. Well doneto all concerned.

We hadn't booked a table, but we were lucky enough that they had space for our group of 8 people. They were very accommodating particularly due to the fact that we had a theatre production to go to. The service was fast and the food very tasty. I would most definitely go there again.

When in Eastbourne we always lunch here. You are always sure of a warm welcome and great service, everyone is very friendly.
Great value special luncheon menu at £10.95 for two courses as well as a very extensive and temping menu of all your favourite Italian dishes. All beautifully presented and they taste as good as they look!!
Always welcome families and they look after children extremely well.

Large Italian restaurant, beautifully laid out. Great for parties and celebrations. Large varied menu. Beautiful fish dishes as well as meat, and all the usual pasta meals. Excellent friendly and helpful service. All the food is great quality, and not small portions! I will be going there again, it is a must.

This restaurant was only 5 minutes walk from the Cavendish hotel where we stayed. It has a vast menu all of which is very tempting. Prices are very reasonable. The management and staff are very welcoming and extremely attentive. well worth a visit.

Visited Eastbourne (which is my home town) with the family and had been treated to theatre tickets. As I'm gluten intolerant we don't eat out much but wanted to make it a bit special so googled gluten free restaraunts in Eastboiurne and P&M poppd up. Also there was a discount voucher attached to the theatre tickets, bonus!
The reataraunt is bright and cheerful with a family atmosphere: could have been picked up from any mediterranean seaside town and place in Eastbourne. The food and service was really great and we shared two gluten free pizza's and a bottle of wine after the theatre (husband isnt gluten intolerant but enjoyed too) first pizza i've had since my diagnosis and was an absolute treat. Tasted true to a normal wheat base, I would love to have the recipe!
We were so impressed with the food we went back with the children for lunch a few days later. again a real treat, gluten free linguine, nom nom nom!Really lovely authentic Italian food yet didn't make me feel odd for needing gluten free.
Will definitely go again.

We have been to this restaurant three times now and have not been disappointed in either the food or the service.
The menu is varied and offers a wide selection of fare both pasta and other dishes.A young lady Called Sandra looked after my partner and I and was very attentive.
It is a little pricey but certainly worth it.It's busy and we went the spur of the moment and managed to get a table for two. We were greeted by a warm and friendly gentleman who showed us to our table and took away our wet coats.
The restaurant caters to children as well as adults. The wine list is quite good and not too pricey.
Enjoy your meal.The Sussex Strollers

Very good food if a little pricey. Good place to go pre theatre of post theatre and it is one of the few places open later in the evening.

We have been to this restaurant 4 times now and each time the food and service has been great. The pizza are beautifully cooked and packed with toppings. There is a good choice from the children's menu and good size portions. Our 8 and 6 year old sons love this restaurant and always insist on going when we stay in Eastbourne. I thin it may have something to do with the lollipop they get at the end of the meal!

Although we were looking for somewhere to eat early, Pomodoro e Mozarella was already quite busy at 7pm on Friday, which we took as a good sign. The restaurant is big with a lot of tables but the large team of waiting staff seemed very efficient and the service was very good. The food was delivered quickly, the zucchini fritte was OK, the penne arrabiata was good, and I'm told the chicken was pretty good too. House wine reported as excellent value, though with a marathon to run the next day I was drinking water! The side salads were presented in pretty rings made of cucumber sliced lengthways - a nice touch. The vivid blue and yellow decor (with matching tablecloths and napkins) made for a strange feeling that you could be eating in a branch of Ikea! I'd have to disagree about there being good vegetarian options, many of the "V" marked dishes on the menu could not actually be vegetarian as they featured either grana padano or parmesan cheeses - neither of which are suitable for vegetarians. Taking those out of the picture the choice was fairly limited.

Menu is varied enough with good vegetarian options. Reasonable prices, family friendly and there is usually a table free. Not as exciting as some others but won't dissappoint.

What a wonderful restaurant ! A definite 'find' and will absolutely be back again.
Enjoyed delicious freshly baked pizza made from the bread oven-lovely crispy base .I strongly recommend the Quatro Staggioni. This restaurant serves a wide selection of Italian favourites . The veal in bread crumbs and sardines are excellent!
Food beautifully presented-especially the deserts! The creme caramel was very ,very good.
Coffee and accompanying Italian biscuit served in sweet little coffee cups .Well sourced wine list and very reasonably priced.
2 Course meal only £ 10.95.I really don,t know how they have managed to keep prices so competative.
Service excellent. staff very welcoming, happy and relaxed but also discrete and effiicient. The restaurant is well lit so may not be great for an intimate supper as the atmosphere
is almost canteen like however we were eating at 1830 so that may have been the reason. This restaurant is deserving of high praise and well worth a visit.

went the other day with friends as people often praise this restaurant. atmosphere is a bit canteen-ish, not too my liking.
for vegetarians not really good as many of their supposedly vegetarian options are with cheese made with animal rennet, like their "vegetarian" lasagne. I asked if they could substitute it, but they couldn't as it was already made, so rather disappointing. I ended up having one of the veggie pizzas which was ok but not great. to be honest I prefer Mo Mambo at terminus road.
choice of puddings was also quite limited and boring.
