Excellently supervised and signed, felt very safe and was delighted to be shopping once more after almost a year not going into the centre. If anyone is still nervous about going into town be assured that, if you follow the steps laid out for your safety, you can once more shop with confidence.

Two staff members Nikita and Mark, security or something similar went beyond the call of duty yesterday.

It's nice to be reminded of humanities best and that they still exist.

I have 2 types of epilepsy, one of which looks very similar to drugs. Zombie kinda state.
Anyway, I was in and out of consciousness and didn't know where I was.

Mark came to me, and instead of assuming I was in a state of drug overdose. He took the time to lower to me, look in my eyes and ask me what was going on.

He politely offered ambulance and when I told him that I didn't want to go he said he could accept that to a point. Which I thought was very caring as he was saying I care about your choices but I care more about your wellbeing and so he left the ambulance until it was required (lucky it was not) then Nikita his colleague came with the same kinda careingness as Mark. She bought me lovely Cold cup of water that I remember making me feel more with it.

It felt nice these two busy working people were treating me like a close family member does in between seizures. They helped me to walk to fresh air once I could walk.

This is where they showed they had skills not present in everyone today, they talked to me made me smile and made me feel safe, outside, they didn't leave me and run back to work.

They asked me about life and didn't leave me alone til I was ready and 2ell enough to go home.

Many times this has happened and people in there place have treated me like an annoyance and just got me out so they could carry on with bare minimum.

I asked them their names before I left as when people go beyond their call of duty and make someone feel safe and looked after, I believe it should be noted and that's what these review areas are for.

It can't be easy working around people all day in their job and it must be Easy to learn indifference towards the public when they take extra time up and patiences must ware thin.

Theirs didn't.

I want them both to know they made a difference yesterday and that they represent the few, so "Mark and Nikita thank you for making this scared person feel better and reminding me humanities ability of empathy and how this can be bestowed upon the weak creating a bond and thus give strength to the otherwise hurting individuals who need people like you".

I don't forget people like them and no one should. Especially after this pandemic people have become ridgid and uncaring due to fear. They managed to preserve their best quality and this is proof of their heroics.

Kind regards all

Nice to see more stores open. But there are now a lot of empty shops which haven't survived covid, which is really sad.

It's a nice small shopping centre to visit at a coastal town like Eastbourne compared to the Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton. I have walked through it before and it almost looks brand new from the inside like they have refurbished it or something. Giving it 5 stars and a solid 8.5 out of 10.
