The best thing about the Beacon is the parking prices are reasonable. It makes the choice easy vs shopping in Brighton as many shops are in both locations. Fantastic cinema and great selection of shops. Sunday parking is free which is bliss. Only negative is the open plan door tunnel by Next/H&M that could do with some glass panels/doors as can be freezing in the Winter. Could do with more lifts too for the cinema level as there is only one

Very busy place. Parking was a knightmare and a one way system for existing the car park. Exit via stairs and then enter via lift. The shipping center operates a one way system but people ignore that. Not sure if you have to wear face mask in the centre as no signs reference this. Plenty of shopping can be done here.
