Still a few empty units for rent but a good spacious feel about the place. Seems to have attracted some 'high end' stores. Definite improvement on The Arndale. Will be great when cinemas and restaurants move in. A boon for Eastbourne.

A welcoming up and coming improvement to the arndale centre. The new entrance and fresh aesthetical architecture fits in spectacularly with the town so far. The addition of shops accessible to the public with progress still ongoing feels like a step in the right direction. Especially in the face of the longevity of the project and the hinderence it has incurred. We're seeing shops that have never been seen in the town before and it's certainly a breath of fresh air for the community.
