Love this place, still a proper English seaside hotel, staff are friendly and helpful food is good and if you get a seaview room all the better.

We were eating in the mirabel restaurant but before hand we enjoyed a drink in the bar which was accompanied with a few little canapes. When entering the restaurant the staff greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us to our table. We placed a drinks order and browsed the menu which was lovely as some places you can seem rushed. When we had placed the order and the starter arrived it was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. The main and dessert were equally well presented and delicious. We finished off the meal with a coffee. All in all an enjoyable evening and will definitely be going back.
