Visited the Two Bulls after recommended by friend. We had the £8 lunch menu, a 6oz sirloin with fries and salad. The steak was tender with a delicious flavour, the fries were chunky and crisp. Indulged in the salted peanut banoffi pie, glad I did. Service was spot on. Will make a return visit and recommend it.

Great selection of steaks, 6oz, 9oz, 11oz available, and deserts are just as good and all worth the money. All staff are very friendly, and can advise you on anything from the vast menu to die for, and 1st class. There’s a pub within the building The Tally Ho. This is probably a grade 1 listed building so be warned there is no central heating so make sure you take a coat

We came here for dinner on Friday night for our anniversary meal. We are from Southampton but came to eastbourne for the weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff where constantly smiling and looked like they genuinely liked their job! We had the 3 courses and bottle of wine (which was changed for beer) option for £60 plus extra for more drinks. We both started with the prawn cocktail which was outstanding then we had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection then for dessert I had the chocolate pot and my boyfriend had the cheese cake. I completely recommend this place to anyone. The whole atmosphere in general is amazing!! Thank you for making our anniversary amazing!!

Was a lovely building, very nicely presented and well manned, just the steak I ordered was very fatty and over grilled, the dessert was nice but lacking in a lot of flavour too, overall I would recommend it because it may have been just a one off that my steak was fatty as my partners was lovely apparently

We visited here for my partners birthday. I initially booked online and the communication was excellent I was telephoned back the same day to confirm everything. Upon arrival we was warmly greeted by the lovely annie who seated us quickly, despite us being a bit early. We opted for the £60 Friday menu which did not disappoint.The service was quick and the food was so good, there was so much to choose from despite us having the cheaper option. I loved the fact we could take our desserts away with us as they were hugely generous portions!! I honestly only have positive things to say about our trip here, everything was perfect from the waiting staff to the food to the overall atmosphere, and such a bargain for the both of us for a 3 course meal and a bottle of wine!!! We will definitely be visiting again but going to try the lunch menu next!!!

Being at a loss for a meal one evening we decided to eat out and as it was only round the corner we went to the two Bulls pub/ resteraunt ( formaly Tally ho ) ..
Had'nt been in since the change but was cosy (as long as you don't sit by the door ) we had to move as door opened to many time and got cold draughts.Any ways small grumble over ..we ordered steaks.ribeye and serloin...........to die for as ordered medium rare..and thats what we got so many resteraunts get it wrong do'nt there rare from there well done.
Well done 2 Bulls.. good service, freindly, brill steaks and reasonably price will be back next week

Booked in advance as we've been disappointed before by leaving to book at the last minute.
Warm welcome by staff on arrival and shown to our seats promptly, drinks menu given and ordered straight away. Perfect for couples, groups or just that nice occasion to eat out.
Lots to choose from on the menu, food nicely presented and ample portions.
A specials board too so don't forget to look at that, and leave room for the pudding! Would recommend eaton mess or Guinness 1/4 chocolate pot both delicious in taste.
Great wine or spirit list too Lovely wine bar the other side to relax in too, perfect for couples.
Would recommend a visitEnjoy!

We had an excellent meal, steaks were delicious and very well cooked, I added the Diane mushroom sauce and boy was it good! My husband had the prawns which were cooked to perfection my granddaughter the garlic sauce which was delicious, all in all an excellent meal. Desserts are amazing, we ordered Banoffee Pie and New York cheese cake, all desserts are home cooked, a treat not to be missed if you have the room.
Service was great, quick, efficient and friendly, a very pleasant young lady took our orders. Great service, great food we will be back.

Our family went there for a belated christmas meal and despite there being 9 adults and four pre=schoolers they coped without any fuss. The two children had chicken but the adults all had steak except for me and I had the salmon. The Chips were a resounding success and we ordered extra skewers of prawns, coleslaw, creamed spinach and mushrooms. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their mains and all the steaks came as they were ordered. Five of us had puddings and were very glad we did. My son had a very substantial cheese board. The waitress was effecient and freindly and the place is informal enough not to feel that fidgety children are bothering anyone. The Bill came to £317 for the 13 of us which included a couple of rounds of drinks, a nice bottle of wine, coffee, a couple of starters, 11 mains and some of the biggest steaks Ive seen in a while. For that standard of food I think that is very competitive and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We are regular visitors to the Two Bulls Steakhouse. The £8 menu is very good value and offers a choice of dishes including vegetarian. There is also an a la carte menu for that special celebration.
The staff are friendly and attentive and the orders are taken, and processed quickly and efficiently.nothing is too much trouble for them.. There is a varied sweet menu (if you have room). The drinks are not overpriced All in all a very good experience.

Having heard good reports we decided to try out this local Steak House. The service and attention was excellent without being intrusive. The Steaks were cooked to perfection. We had the 3 course set menu which they altered to include some extras and a wine 'upgrade'. The overall experience was excellent, very good value for money and can be thoroughly recommended, especially when only a steak will do.

I went with a large group of friends and service was great as was the food. Personally I think drinks are expensive but good food allows for this. Friendly staff and we all commented on great steaks. We called in for a drink next door at the Two Bulls ( the Tally Ho) and popped into the restaurant on the off chance for a table for 2. The staff pulled all the stops out to get us seated as they were very busy. The steaks were very good and the service was quick and efficient. It is not the cheapest but i would definitely visit again

A great night , excellent and very professional service with attention to details. I just moved to Eastbourne few months ago and really struggle to find a nice place to dine ; whatever the steakhouse is definitely one of the Best Place in East Sussex !!! Arrived at 7pm and we got a friendly welcome and got seated straight away. The menu is nice and the desserts are amazing! The staff is really friendly, professional and the food is unbelievably tasty! Definitely worth it! Do not forget to book in advance as it seems really busy. Thanks Annie and your fabulous team for the wonderful service!

We quite often eat steak here. Once you have eaten steak here, you wont go anywhere else. This time i ordered a burger instead and was dissapointed. The burger was tough and hard to the bite. I was also dissapointed by the lack of onions or any other kind of relish which would have made thi burger.more tasteful. However, my son had the T-bone and it was outstanding. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Wish they offered a gluten free option for desert though.

We have just had our staff Christmas meal here and I have nothing but praise for the staff, food and value. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone enjoyed their food and 15 clear plates says it all. £25 was great value for the three courses. Steaks were cooked as requested, the halloumi was grilled beautifully and the scallops were scrumptious. I could go on but you get the idea. For many of us it was the first time we had visited and we will definitely be going again. Well done to the Two Bulls.
