The lovely people at Brufords
So I am bit of an old boy, over the years developed a watch problem, some time back realised there is no cure for this . But the treatment I received from Jo and Simon has been wonderful . The passion , knowledge over the brands is excellent . Complete professionals that create a very friendly experience . The whole team are brilliant the moment you are greeted at the door.

Had bought my first and only Rolex from Simon 3 years back which i wear daily, having been recommended to them by a good friend who has made many purchases and wanting to buy some more visited Simon again recently to put my name down on 2 pieces which he was realistic will take 3-6 months. He is very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully will be able to make further purchases with Bruford soon.

The staff at W Brufords we’re amazing when we sadly got burgled, they provided us with all the info about my husbands watch and were so kind, we have never forgotten this so when we were able to replace his watch there was only one place we would buy it from, at my recent visit All staff were very polite and professional, Bianca has been looking after me, she is always welcoming and professional and knows her stuff many thanks for your Care Kelly Stretton

Fantastic customer service as always from the time my husband received the call to say a particular watch he was after had come in to visiting the store to make the purchase. Simon and the team at Brufords are always so friendly and welcoming and Simon in particular is very knowledgable when it comes to Rolex.

I had a really lovely experience shopping at Brufords! Maxine welcomed us at the door and seated us straight away.
I had come in with a particular item in mind and was pleasantly surprised by how Maxine found it for me straight away and allowed me to look at it for as long as I wanted. Usually most jewellers rush you or don't let you actually touch the jewellery, but I was allowed to put the necklace on which really helped me confirm the piece was for me.
Maxine was so friendly and helpful, showing me multiple times how to do and undo the clasp on the necklace as it was quite complicated, ensuring I knew how to do it before I left.
We were offered drinks which I always think is a rather nice touch, and I never once felt like I was being rushed.
I was very impressed with the service and I will definitely be returning!

No matter where you may be geographically located the experience, advice and customer service provided by both Simon and Jo was exemplary and easily matched the levels of customer service expected from Rolex, therefore in my opinion, contact them and visit their Eastbourne showroom. It's worth it.

I have dealt with Brufords before when I purchased my girlfriends some pearls and the service was exceptional then but yesterday I went into buy a watch with inheritance and get it engraved. The staff in the beacon were perfect and helped me select the right watch and assured me throughout that it would last a long time after that I returned to get it engraved and Naomi was really helpful and the engraving was also pushed to be done right away as I requested. Both shops I was given a water during my visit. (Unfortunately I can’t remember the lady’s name who served me in beacon)

I took my watch to Brufords just before the |New Year for a repair bur was told that it would not be done until after the holiday. This was quite acceptable to me and I learned that it would be an in-house repair which pleased me even more. I now have my watch back and it looks very good with the repair done and looks good on my wrist. Thank you to the staff at Brufords that helped me.
