As a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent.

Adam Latter is a very professional estate agent. Always arriving on time, he conducts the viewings professionally by giving all required information about the property and transaction.
