Our sale was looked after by Adam Latter from the Epsom branch. The service provided by Adam was brilliant from start to finish; keeping us informed about progress of the sale and chasing solicitors who were not as efficient as him!
We would definitely use The Personal Agent, and Adam in particular, again.

This is the second time we have used Personal Agent to sell a property and on both occasions they have delivered a highly professional service from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in commending them to our family & friends.
The initial valuation by Richard Digance was well informed and ensured the property was appropriately priced and we were kept fully updated by the Sales Team (and through their online dashboard) on the viewings booked.
There were 5 properties in the chain and we could not speak more highly of the service we received from Sarah Goddard, Sales Progressor, to liaise with the rest of the estate agents and the solicitors in the chain to move the sale forward to a conclusion. There were a number of complications and communication issues further down the chain and Sarah took steps to ensure everyone clearly understood what the issues were and the need for pace to meet a mortgage drawdown deadline of one party lower down the chain. In our opinion Sarah’s combination of experience, tenacity and establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication was a critical enabler to the sale finally getting over the line.

As we are just about to complete on Bracken Path I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray – who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times!
He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along.
Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience – top marks….
In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

We have now moved into our home in which we purchased through the personal agent. And sold our property through too!
From the start the personal agent we’re always very good, fair and efficient.
The photos and videos of our house we sold with them were very good standard and made our house look great!
We also had a log in so we could see the different stages of our sale and purchase. When a stage was completely it would be ticked off.
The sale of our property happened within 1 day of viewings! Which for us was ideal with having 3 young children!
And for the purchase of our new home only took 2 months from putting the bid in, to completing !

We got the keys today to our new home and we can't recommend the Personal Agent highly enough. We felt we got to know staff really well throughout our buying journey - Morgan and Adam were super helpful finding properties that 'ticked the boxes' for our criteria, always knowledgeable with our questions, and really supportive through the ups and downs of finding a place to buy. Really felt that it was a team effort in helping us find a home! Sarah was a superstar when it came to sales progression, preserving my sanity on many an occasion!
