Really pleased with my experience with First Call. Dion has been brilliant throughout, maintaining a very attentive service and helping me obtain a very well fitting position in a short space of time. After working within the same sector for 8 years looking for a change was a challenge due to my lack of experience in the sector I wanted to move in to so I am very happy Dion was able to help me achieve this. I first made contact with Silvi a couple of years ago when I was considering my career options and he kept me up to date with recent developments in the job market from that date forwards.
When at the end of 2016 I knew I would need to be searching for a new role around June 2017 I asked Silvi to keep a look out for me.
True to his word Silvi kept an eye on the market for me and got in touch around May time to say a role I was perfect for was about to be placed on the market.
I am now in that role and really loving the new challenge.

I was recommended to this agency through a friend; as soon as I got in contact with Firstcall, I felt like I was treated exactly how I'd want to be, respectfully! The whole aspect of this agency is incomparable to all the other recruitment businesses on the island, as I have experience in dealing with almost all of them, Marcel did everything he could when it came to job offers, he was also understanding, polite, open minded and always coming back with positive updates. I'm very thankful to him for all his help, and thanks to him I was successful in finding a position which has worked for me, I'm happy I followed his honest help and advice.

I have been delighted by the service offered by Dion at Firstcall. From my personal experience at Firstcall I can honestly say it was life changing, they constantly kept me updated with all vacancies that became available that suited my profile. My consultant Dion was an amazing help, he offered me insight and support from filling in the application form to interview techniques. I can also say that it was a surprise when I found out he was a trainee and not a fully qualified member of staff due to his professional attitude and knowledge. Marcel at Firstcall Recruitment has done an amazing job in helping me move jobs when the time was right for me. He helped me get my first job when I was a school leaver and 7 years later he's found me a job which I'm hoping is the best career for me. He was always there to help and support me, either a phone call or email away to ask advice. He gave me pointers on what kind of questions I will get asked in the interviews and also provided me with websites and information he knew about the companies to give me insight into what the companies are about. He also sat with me to go through the interview process and gave me pointers and guidance on how to tackle questions that most interviewers ask regularly so I wasn't put on the spot. We also discussed what questions I should be asking and if I got to the second interview what I could follow up with. I really appreciated him getting me both of my full time jobs, and also the fact that he still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well.

Cannot recommend the guys at Firstcall enough! I have been with a number of different recruitment offices over the years but never have they been as good as my experience with Dion at Firstcall. You’re kept in the loop at all times, not forgotten! As someone who had only experienced a single workplace, the prospect of leaving my first job was quite daunting! What really impressed me about the business was the fact that there was such a focus on the needs of the candidate as well as on employers' needs.
