My overall experience with first call was a very enjoyable one. Marcel made sure I had everything I needed to start pursuing a new job. Firstcall is brilliant as I continue to search for a new career. Jodie is very friendly and approachable, making me feel very comfortable to pick up the phone with anything I need. Jodie has been absolutely fabulous. She is always willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. She has fully understood the type of role that I am looking for. Jodie is always available to talk to if you have any issues or problems. First Call is a great! Jodie and her team are always welcoming and friendly and take their time to really get to know you. I was dealt with in a polite, and professional manner at all times. Jodie managed to get me an interview with a prestigious employer, and liaised with me closely throughout the process. I had some interview practice with First Call which was very helpful and they explained to me what I could expect as far as typical questions go in the interview once I had secured one. I would like to start by thanking everyone at Firstcall Recruitment Ltd. For their time and efforts. I have never experienced such a smooth transition from education to employment prior to my experiences with Marcel Magloire. The personal affects he added to communicating with myself, along with his experience within recruitment was exceptional. Entering into a new profession, very alien to what I had known, was a lot easier than I had expected as Marcel took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. He put me forward for many different roles and pushed me to experience something new. I contacted Marcel at Firstcall as I decided that I wanted a bit of a change from the job I had been in for the past five years. Marcel quickly sent through a range of several opportunities which were suitable for me coming from an accountancy background. One job in particular caught my eye so Marcel helped me to prepare my CV in an appropriate format and sent it onto the prospective employer within 3 days of me making the initial contact with him. Marcel then arranged my interview and within another week I had secured the job. Marcel was fantastic throughout the application process and maintained contact with me even after I had started at my new position to make the transition smooth and as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Marcel and all the others at Firstcall for anyone wishing to make a job change in the future.

After searching for another job with other agencies for a while and finding nothing I decided to sign up with First Call I meet with Marcel who was very caring and willing to listen to what I was looking for, kept me in touch a couple of time a day with different options and within 2 days he found me a position.
