Friendly, welcoming and attentive. From step one the First Call team listened and worked with me to find a job that fitted my needs, checking all potential job roles with me to ensure that they worked for my circumstances (temporary positions). Jodie would keep in touch, never leaving more than week or so without contacting me, so I knew I was never forgotten about. I would recommend First Call to anybody who is stuck in their job search, especially to those who are not familiar with the processes, i.e. interviews, presentation etc as they assist you with all of this before each interview.

Marcel was a real help and was so easy to get along with. He made it easy to communicate and was so helpful when it came to preparing for interviews. They listen to what you want and need, they look at all the options in the market place at the time. They go out to the employers and find out what may suit both of you. I met with Silvi on a couple occasions looking for a role within Social Media and Marketing Co-ordination, and to my surprise I was offered that same position actually working in that capacity for FirstCall Group itself which I have now been working for almost 2 months and it's been a roller coaster ride so for and I expect even more fun and exciting times during 2016 and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a new role who likes the personal touch to be added when signing up with a recruitment agency.
