Marcel and Silvi have been super helpful and have facilitated me getting 4 different job all well suited for what I needed at the time, with my fairly sparse CV and just experience to go off they were the best people to pass on that information to employers, I wouldn't have got these jobs without them.

Firstcall are a very personable business, I love that they've always made me feel very welcome and comfortable when dealing with them. The attentiveness, listening skills and general helpfulness I have been shown when using their services has been (in my opinion) not only above average but has gone the extra mile. If there's one element that makes Firstcall stand out above other businesses it's the ability to truly relate to their customers, an ability not easy to find but greatly sort after by so many today.

Firstcall were of great help in securing me temporary employment during my breaks form University. They clearly pursue a hardworking but relaxed atmosphere that made me feel very comfortable as a client. My individual consultant Marcel opened and maintained a very high standard of communication throughout my dealings with the company. If ever I require in Guernsey, Firstcall would most definitely be my 'First call' (excuse the convenient pun).

After having several unsuccessfull interviews with other agencies, I decided to apply for jobs outside of my skillset, where other agencies would not send my cv to the employers Firstcall did and within a couple of days got an interview. Firstcall are Guernsey's finest recruitment agency by far. After returning back to the Island due to personal circumstances I was out of work. Popped into see Marcel who saw me straight away took my CV and with in 48 hours I has 2 interviews planned. Firstcall could not do enough for me, great personal service if I ever fancy a change of career or job I will be seeing them 1st straight away a real credit to Guernsey.

After moving back home to the island, it took me longer than expected to get everything on track. I eventually was able to start looking for a permanent position. I was registered with Firstcall for quite some time as I had very specific criteria. This didn't put them off and it certainly didn't reduce their attention to me. Every time a suitable role came along it was discussed with me and we discussed (often in detail) how to proceed. Marcel and the team were always on hand to answer my questions and they never let me down. I am extremely grateful to these guys for everything they did and all of the time that they put in. I would strongly recommend using them as your recruitment consultant!!
