Helpful sales staff gave me good advice, without any pressure. Delivery of the new bed was on time, with no fuss and mess. Collection of the old bed went equally smoothly. The locally made Viscount mattress is very comfortable. I am so pleased that I chose to go to Regency.

The guy at Regency was well-informed and very helpful and so made it a lot easier to find what we were looking for. As it is their fortieth anniversary could have had free cake and coffee but maybe that is expecting just a bit to much Overall they did very well.

Regency Bedding were so helpful when we chose a bed for our Grandson. After 3 weeks waiting I phoned up Regency to ask if they could tell me when the delivery of the bed was likely. The gentleman went out of his way to find out this information for me. He kept me informed and the bed was delivered to my door 3 days after the phone call first thing in the morning.

Phoned and asked if it was possible to drop mattress off earlier to fit better in the route
Experienced fault with aspect of frame clearly understood fault offered precise clear trouble shooting vial email understood costumer limitations on fault resolution

Kept to slot drop off mattress was bang on amended time after new phoned arranged time
Killed two birds one stone assuring fault with frame components and dropping off mattress with no fuss

Took components with no fuss to source replacements at hand / organize replacements from supplier/manufacturer

Update parts have been switched out for new working ones now, no fuss checked when mattress dropped off parts reviewed agreed faulty taken away communication over the week 5* cominiction kept upto date on each stage of replacement parts(almost daily) and collection for me at a convenient time for me during opening hours but we’re more then happy to drop off 10* out of 5 for first service and then second service of resolving the fault components

Really helpful in the store when I was choosing my 2 beds. Kindly kept the beds, that came from UK, in the store until I moved house. Although they brought the wrong bed on delivery day, they went straight back to the store to collect the correct bed so no inconvenience to me. Brilliant service all round.

The young man that initially helped me in the shop, sent me all the information by email, he was very helpful and detailed all my options. I went back into the shop and latched onto the same assistant, and made my purchase. He was excellent (sorry I can’t remember his name), nothing was too much trouble, and very calm and knowledgeable. Also the delivery team were very professional and friendly. Thank you everyone
