Very good service when we visited showroom. They were able to work out which mattress we had bought before. New mattress was available very shortly after ordering. Delivery was easy to arrange and they were able to take old mattress away, saving us the hassle of disposing of it. Product is great- we have bought our last 3 mattresses from Regency and thoroughly recommend them

I had asked for the bed to be assembled as I would have no clue and this was agreed to by Shaun at the time of order, as he told he he’d struggled to assemble his own bed with a colleague, so this was the recommended option for me. When the bed was delivered the delivery men were about to leave and I questioned this so they checked with the office. I was told my request wasn’t correct and I hadn’t asked for that service, however thankfully they agreed to assemble it for me so it worked out in the end. I’m not sure what I’d have done otherwise!
