We have used Regency many times, they have always been very helpful and provided an excellent service, they kept our new bed in storage free of charge for several months as we weren’t ready for it to be delivered & when I called for delivery it was within a week.

The staff at Regency were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered on a Friday and they made up our mattress locally and delivered the following Friday. Again the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable for what looks and feels to be high quality and is very comfortable. Very satisfied customer.

Friendly, helpful salesman in showroom. After sales experience not as great, first got an email to say bed was in when it wasn't and then when it did arrive they didn't bother telling us! Bed and mattress delivered, mattress doesn't feel anything like the one we ordered but have been told someone will come round in a week to have a look. We live 3 minutes down the road!

Needed a bed for my daughter as another local company had let me down. Luke was brilliant. He checked the system and saw they had one in the warehouse. Double checked with the warehouse that they did and it was delivered within a week. Amazing!! I wish I’d come here first

From sale to delivery and set up, Regency were fantastic. The shop floor team were able to find us quality products and the delivery was smooth. Including a courtesy call a few days before.
