Amazing Customer Service. After just under a year my purchase broke so I contacted Regency, and in no time at all they arranged to inspect the product, and within 24 hours of the inspection confirmed that they would replace the item.

From sale to delivery and set up, Regency were fantastic. The shop floor team were able to find us quality products and the delivery was smooth. Including a courtesy call a few days before.

Regency is a great furniture shop I find in Guernsey. I buy a bed from there it’s really good and nice as well. Looking forward to buy More stuff from Regency for sure!! just loved their service and their behaviour is just so good..
