Team arrived at allotted time. Both mattresses were delivered and put in place in very short order. All staff were courteous and friendly. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

I had asked for the bed to be assembled as I would have no clue and this was agreed to by Shaun at the time of order, as he told he he’d struggled to assemble his own bed with a colleague, so this was the recommended option for me. When the bed was delivered the delivery men were about to leave and I questioned this so they checked with the office. I was told my request wasn’t correct and I hadn’t asked for that service, however thankfully they agreed to assemble it for me so it worked out in the end. I’m not sure what I’d have done otherwise!

A fault accrued at the base of my bed where a metal strap had come away from the lower base Tegency did not hesitate to help and it is now mended and safe great stuff
