Excellent service from Regency Bedding, very helpful, they were very happy to repair a divan base that I bought from them about 30 years ago, free of charge! Very helpful in suggesting certain mattresses that they though may be suitable. I have always bought beds and mattresses from them, and will continue to do so.

Apologies to the delivery chaps who arrived early and got shouted at for their troubles! I had been in ICU most of the night with my father, and having got home, thought I had time for a bath before the delivery.

Glenda at the furniture store in Lexington Park, Maryland was so accommodating and really helped me overcome some frustrations with my move. I moved to Lexington Park, Maryland this week to start a new career. I am 2 hours away from my childhood home. It is the first time in my life that I have lived on my own and I am starting this big career opportunity and on top of all that the TV stand I bought from Walmart broke. Thankfully, I walked into Regency where I had already purchased a bedroom set and other furniture from Regency and Glenda, who helped me select that furniture was there waiting and had a great TV stand that was ready to be taken off the floor that day. On top of all that she gave me a $100 family discount. When I first came into the store to ask about a TV stand I told her I was not completely sure I wanted it and she essentially said to think about it, but while I wait she said the TV stand would be moved down from the second floor to the first floor and would be ready for me to buy it and take it out of the store if I decided to come back and buy it. She also highly suggested a nice restaurant to eat at across the street. I went out to eat, returned my broken TV stand to Walmart and decided at that point that I wanted the TV stand that Glenda offered. Glenda and other Regency employees like Matt, the manager of that store, are just so friendly and outgoing and are not only willing to sell you some attractive products, but are very personable with you as a customer as well. When you make big purchasing decisions about what furniture to get its the connection and customer service that matters the most to me and I do not think you can go wrong with that store.
