The instructions were stuck on the slates with masking tape. Which normally wouldn't be a problem, but the instructions were made unreadable by the removal of said tape.

I was looking for sofa bed, went in and came out with smaile on my face as they was very helpful, kind and had nice offer as they have sale. Thank you for your help and kindness Sean. Delivered after week as I'm thinking they are very busy. The delivery guys was quick to put all together, thank you for that.

I came into the shop on a Friday to collect my order (having said I would on the phone) but it was in the warehouse. However I was very courteously dealt with and the item was delivered free of charge on Monday and I am very satisfied.

Wow, what can I say, if there were more stars, delivery, I was told expect anytime between 8-11, as your address is close to us I imagine you maybe first hour but no guarantees, no problem… so thought I have time to walk my dog so off I went, got a phone call from delivery men at 75o, hi regency bedding, I’m like wow, sorry I’m out with the dog assumed i’d hear from you much later, anyhow I’m five minutes away, no problem they delivered and took away old before I got back! Definitely pleased with this service, over and above well done regency, one very happy customer and the dog loves the new mattress she was the first one to test it !!

Ordered new bed and mattress. Bit of a delay with original bed frame ordered, not their fault but the supplier in UK. Picked out different bed and all went smoothly. Very helpful and polite throughout. Very pleased with the quality of both bed and mattress
