My new mattress was delivered at the agreed time by friendly delivery drivers who carried it upstairs to the bedroom. They also took away the old mattress as requested. I have now had 6 nights sleep on the new mattress and find it to be extremely supportive for my back and very comfortable. I am confident that I am and will continue to sleep much better.

Excellent service from initial viewing to deciding on which bed & mattress I’d like to actually buy to delivery & installation.
The salesmen were very helpful & informative without being pushy which I prefer. When my bed & mattress arrived my bedroom wasn’t ready to receive it so your company hung onto it until my bedroom was ready with no storage charge unlike other companies. Your delivery men were quick & efficient & willingly removed their shoes as my bedroom had a brand new carpet laid the day before. They took my old bed away for recycling which I really appreciated & saved me the hassle of doing it. I would definitely recommend using regency to friends & family.

Mattresses are an excellent product. Extremely well made and delivery was very efficient. Service in the shop was very mediocre. We had done our homework as to what would be the best for us, with somebody with great knowledge in the mattress business. The shop salesman really was not interested in selling and wanted to stay in his office. After showing us a few examples said that he would leave us to find what we liked. After much deliberation, we then had to enquire to the price. Felt we knew more than him.
