I came into the shop on a Friday to collect my order (having said I would on the phone) but it was in the warehouse. However I was very courteously dealt with and the item was delivered free of charge on Monday and I am very satisfied.

Wow, what can I say, if there were more stars, delivery, I was told expect anytime between 8-11, as your address is close to us I imagine you maybe first hour but no guarantees, no problem… so thought I have time to walk my dog so off I went, got a phone call from delivery men at 75o, hi regency bedding, I’m like wow, sorry I’m out with the dog assumed i’d hear from you much later, anyhow I’m five minutes away, no problem they delivered and took away old before I got back! Definitely pleased with this service, over and above well done regency, one very happy customer and the dog loves the new mattress she was the first one to test it !!
