The salesman was very helpful, although I did get confused with my purchase and had to return it to the shop. But the staff were very understanding and the van drivers were polite and friendly, even though they were busy. I will definitely be buying some furniture from Regency in the future.

Although the mattress we ordered is fantastic and very comfy, I’m only giving 3/5 because the communications we received were terrible. I was told the item would be delivered in 2 weeks, when in reality it was 5-6 weeks. I had to keep calling to find out where my order was and no one ever called me back when they said they would.

Ordered a sofa back in October. Was told to expect it end of January due to COVID. However it came early January. Was delivered efficiently, put together, placed where I wanted it and all packaging taken away. Was really pleased with the in store service abs delivery process.

We bought a small double bed with mattress. Very friendly service.
Due to Covid outbreak it delayed delivery which was expected.
That said the moment they were able to open they delivered it immediately in line with social distancing.
