Mattresses are an excellent product. Extremely well made and delivery was very efficient. Service in the shop was very mediocre. We had done our homework as to what would be the best for us, with somebody with great knowledge in the mattress business. The shop salesman really was not interested in selling and wanted to stay in his office. After showing us a few examples said that he would leave us to find what we liked. After much deliberation, we then had to enquire to the price. Felt we knew more than him.

Again, as a loyal customer of Regency, I return time and time again due to the outstanding level of service. What was different, was this time I asked the delivery men to help me move an item of furniture to another apartment for some people who were in lockdown, and without the blink of an eye they agreed, and did it with incredible speed and humour... it may have helped with the offer of biscuits and my willingness to pay but I really think they are just really kind people who take pride in their level of service. It could have easily been a flat no... Being the last job of the morning, having lugged 2 bedframes and a heavy mattress up two flights of stairs.. but they were amazing again in their willingness to help me. You get fantastic prices at Regency but a level of service that you can’t put a price on.

Regency were extremely helpful in making sure that we identified the bed that would most completely match what we wanted. Ordering and paperwork were both done quickly and efficiently.
Due to the Covid-19 situation with related lack of stock, manufacture and delivery to Guernsey took several weeks longer than estimated. Regency were unable to influence this stage of the process which was entirely in the manufacturers hands.
Once the bed arrived in Guernsey, Regency delivered it quickly and fully.

Regency were superb. Brilliant service from the moment I walked in to furnish an apartment, helpful regarding returns due to lack of space, exceptional delivery guys who came to measure up access before delivery and then incredibly delivered a tricky settee up two flights of stairs and into and along a hallway where there wasn’t even enough room to poke a stick, without a single scratch to the newly painted walls! Polite friendly and professional!
