Ordered a sofa back in October. Was told to expect it end of January due to COVID. However it came early January. Was delivered efficiently, put together, placed where I wanted it and all packaging taken away. Was really pleased with the in store service abs delivery process.

We bought a small double bed with mattress. Very friendly service.
Due to Covid outbreak it delayed delivery which was expected.
That said the moment they were able to open they delivered it immediately in line with social distancing.

Delivery made on day as arranged. Very polite, considerate men , taking old bed and wrappings and then putting up new bed. Head Board couldnt be fitted but I received a follow up phone call in the afternnon.

I was advised to be available to accept a delivery of a bed between 08.30 and 09.00 but the delivery was made between 09.40 and 10.00 which caused me some inconvenience.

My new mattress was delivered at the agreed time by friendly delivery drivers who carried it upstairs to the bedroom. They also took away the old mattress as requested. I have now had 6 nights sleep on the new mattress and find it to be extremely supportive for my back and very comfortable. I am confident that I am and will continue to sleep much better.
