Excellent food from Matt the Chef.... absolutely šÆ Quite hidden away off the main track. However worth making the effort to come down and enjoy the service and food alongside the marina and great Seaviews. Wonderful experience.

Disappointed !
Back here for Sunday lunch after a while , decided not to have starters, I remember the main course Sunday lunch was quite filling and followed with a suggestion from Suzy ? to order affogato , I did and ordered a baileys affogato which comes with a expresso . Perfect finish to the Sunday lunch .So yes disappointed ! I could not fault the service or food !
Well done for not letting down such a great location with a perfect view and quality Sunday food.

Lovely, lovely food; relaxed atmosphere both inside & outside; very dog friendly; efficient, personable staff who make eating a pleasure. Suzy is a hoot!

Fantastic food, great location. Really fresh sea bass, excellent vegetarian options. Childrensā menu includes sirloin steak chips and peas which our daughter really enjoyed! Definitely recommended!

Stunningly good food and a very relaxed atmosphere. We had mussels, steak, seafood thermidor and Eton mess for dessert. Would definitely come back. Thank you

Well weāve been once before, read the reviews andā¦.we werenāt disappointed, itās still great and deserves the top marks. Innovative menu with a choice of fish of the day, which was just great. Friendly and efficient staff and no long waits, despite being fully booked.

Went with my partner this evening for dinner, great selection on the A La carte menu and was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed,would definitely recommend. Will be going back soon. Great outside decking area with lovely views where you can relax and have a drink anytime,also Dog friendly.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly with a relaxed atmosphere, added to by the unobtrusive background music. The menu has a good choice of Sea food and steak. Unfortunately, even though we had an early sitting some dishes were out. There couldāve been a little more choice for vegetarians, this and the cash only due to the card machine not working was the only reason itās not 5/5

Best risotto Iāve ever eaten - 10 different types of seafood in the dish and massive. Donāt think Iāve ever taken a pic of my food but this was exceptional

This is a fairly recent restaurant and does not disappoint! We went recently with the whole family, and it was nice and quiet and service was very quick! The staff are friendly and would happily have a cheeky conversation with you. An underrated restaurant!

What a lovely spot. Overlooking the marina, this restaurant dies a great Sunday lunch. Good menu, relaxed service, friendly place. It's probably even better when it's warm enough to sit outside.

During our walk from Pembroke beach to Bordeaux harbour we stopped at Saltwater restaurant in Beaucette marina for lunch and we are so pleased we did.
Susie was a delight and made us feel very welcome.The food Matt produced was exceptional. I had moules mariniere and my partner has turbot, both taken from the sea that day. Both meals were delicious.
We will make sure we return when we next visit Guernsey.

We visited with our 7 month old son who was welcomed by all the staff the food was excellent, the restaurant has a lovely setting and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will be returning
