The food was delicious and the staff were friendly with a relaxed atmosphere, added to by the unobtrusive background music. The menu has a good choice of Sea food and steak. Unfortunately, even though we had an early sitting some dishes were out. There could’ve been a little more choice for vegetarians, this and the cash only due to the card machine not working was the only reason it’s not 5/5

Best risotto I’ve ever eaten - 10 different types of seafood in the dish and massive. Don’t think I’ve ever taken a pic of my food but this was exceptional

This is a fairly recent restaurant and does not disappoint! We went recently with the whole family, and it was nice and quiet and service was very quick! The staff are friendly and would happily have a cheeky conversation with you. An underrated restaurant!

What a lovely spot. Overlooking the marina, this restaurant dies a great Sunday lunch. Good menu, relaxed service, friendly place. It's probably even better when it's warm enough to sit outside.

During our walk from Pembroke beach to Bordeaux harbour we stopped at Saltwater restaurant in Beaucette marina for lunch and we are so pleased we did.
Susie was a delight and made us feel very welcome.The food Matt produced was exceptional. I had moules mariniere and my partner has turbot, both taken from the sea that day. Both meals were delicious.
We will make sure we return when we next visit Guernsey.

We visited with our 7 month old son who was welcomed by all the staff the food was excellent, the restaurant has a lovely setting and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will be returning

We (on a short break from London) had booked lunch with four local friends on a rainy day. Had the most delicious meal, five of us had fish, the different catches of the day - turbot, seabass, scallops - all delicious with great presentation. Interesting puddings too, my cheesecake was light like a feather. Service was very friendly, we had a good table and really it was our best meal in Guernsey on our trip. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing lunch today 🤩 The menu was mainly seafood based, but with a wide selection of choices and each course we had was delicious! We had crab cakes, moules and the catch of the day was turbot - cooked to perfection! We cleaned our plates! Service was friendly and efficient and we can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a lovely afternoon 😊

Brussels pigs in blankets , red Cabbage, stuffing, parsnips and roast potatoes. The roast potatoes were very crispy and nice. Pig was well cooked. Brussels al dente but a bit firm for me.

My dining companion had beef brisket. This was also very tasty.
