Attended on Thursday evening with six of us the skate and plaice were outstanding, Some of the best fish cooking I have ever had, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Great coffe to finish.

Don’t go if you are in a hurry DO go for first class crab salad AND some of the best puddings in Guernsey - dog friendly - child friendly - and a heat place to slow down and relax

The food was very nice and the staff very pleasant but the service was incredibly slow which was a little surprising given that the restaurant was not full and we got there very early. I had the squid and the roast beef which I was happy with but my husband’s moules were way too salty, (and we like a bit of salt). We mentioned it to the waiter who said he had told the chef but we did not get any comments back.

Fantastic restaurant at Beaucette Marina. The views are spectacular and a very relaxing place to be. The service, atmosphere and food are all special. A must place to visit when in Guernsey

I had not been here for some time but was surprised and delighted by the great ambience, excellent and friendly service and extensive menu which specializes in seafood but also caters for vegetarians and meat-eaters too. Recommend highly.

I took my family to Saltwater for an evening meal and we all enjoyed a fabulous feast! My steak was amazing, cooked to perfection. Drinks on the terrace overlooking the mariner was beautiful. Thanks guys.

I’ve lunched 4 times and had dinner twice there in the last 10 days, last night I was there for dinner with 2 friends.
Even with the current difficulties, they make dinner very special. Service is always friendly and efficient, but the food is consistently superb! Every dish on the menu is worth trying, last night I had a trio of lamb. I’ve had this before, I can’t spell or say the full name of the dish, but the source is exquisite!If you haven’t been then you must try it. It is the best restaurant in Guernsey.

Fantastic lunch, good wine and food selection. Lovely to sit outside in the sun on an afternoon and chat with friends. Not rushed in any way, so nice and relaxing. Pricing was competitive too

We had a tennerfest meal here. The location is great if you are in the North of the Island and in the Summer the terrace is fantastic. Not quite so atmospheric in the dark winter months and we thought the tennerfest menu a bit limited and rather meagre on portions. The food itself was fine without being excellent which is a shame as I recall an excellent Summer lunch last year outside in the sunshine! Parking surprisingly limited with the restaurant sharing the car park with the marina and lots of seemingly permanently parked (?Planted) cars blocking access. Not much the restaurant can do about it, so not a criticism of the establishment at all. Overall we had a good evening without the food being excellent.

We hadn't been to Saltwater since it had changed hands some time ago. It was an excellent evening. We were told that much of the fish and sea food is local although this isn't made clear on the menu. I had the scallops and my wife the plaice and they were both full of flavour. I had the ribeye steak but without the sauces offered. It was delicious and beautifully cooked medium rare.
Service was excellent, lovely wines - ours was by the glass and perfect decor. Definitely to be repeated.

We reserved a table for lunch & were offered drinks while we perused the menu. Staff were friendly & service was very good and there was a nice atmosphere. We both chose Moules Frites which were delicious & then went for a dessert, although we really didn't need one as portions are large! The weather wasn't good so we couldn't make use of the terrace, but all in all a lovely lunch and we will be back.

My familys 4th visit to salt water and the experiance gets better every time and have to say the food is at the highest level with great taste presentation and good size portions. We took are children and again were made so welcome and the children had the tennerfest which is also amazing i just could not fault anything and cant wait to go back.

I had Sunday roast strangely enough on Sunday. It has been for some time the best roast in Guernsey, but now in conjunction with Forest stores butchers, it’s on another level. The beef was simply wonderful. It’s a superb meal cooked to perfection.
I challenge you to find a better Sunday roast anywhere!Tonight, Thursday night it’s raining hard windy and horrible! Saltwater was full. I had a fillet steak which was superb.

This was our first visit to Saltwater, it having been recommended by a friend, and it certainly didn't disappoint. My telephone booking was handle professionally by a friendly voice, we were greeted warmly on arrival and from then on everything was just what you would hope for: friendly, efficient service, pleasant ambience, good food and wine, all at a very reasonable price for high the standards. (Our only grumble would be the level of the music from the numerous loud-speakers which we found just a bit intrusive, rather than background music.) However, a very pleasant experience all round. Five stars and we'll be back!

A true seafarers paradise - baby squid was the best we have ever eaten.
As for the seafood platter, the freshness was straight from the sea.

Went out for dinner with my girlfriend on holiday and the food was so fantastic we had to go back before leaving!
Of particular note is how wonderfully clean the plates and cutlery are. They definitely have a legendary KP. Definitely a keeper!
