We used easystorage while moving house in Croydon as we needed store our things for a while until our new house is ready. Sam, Darnell, Gavin and Lee were brilliant and really efficient (we didn't lift a finger!). It took away so much stress from moving out. The pods were packed really well. The people that came to my home to collect my belongings came within the 4 hour slot. They were nice and were accommodating when I asked for more stuff to be put in the pod, after initially showing them what I wanted put into storage. They checked with me if they had collected the stuff I wanted in storage.

The whole process was just so easy. Gavin and Sam called about 30 mins before the 1-5pm slot and turned up bang on time. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful and managed to pack more in than I expected. Can’t fault this excellent service and will be recommending.

So far I've had incredible service by easyStorage. Iqbal, Ian and James were fantastic, friendly and extremely professional. Plenty of communication beforehand and turned up on time.
We required an additional pod which wasn't planned but Iqbal and Ian went out of their way to return later that evening and finished packing in the dark at 7 pm!
I'm hopeful we'll receive similar service for our return later this month but so far I highly recommend. Well done, easyStorage.

Sooo incredibly easy! No faff, no complicated rigmarole. Ordered and paid for pod over phone. Friendly men turned and and put everything in pod. Sealed it - gone. Visited pod and again, so easy. Had a great experience with easyStorage - Gavin, Sam + team were communicative on the day about arrival time, really friendly and super efficient. I was removing a couple other big items from my flat the same day to take to the dump and they even helped me get them out to the car as they knew it would’ve been a struggle for me. So they really saved me and were so nice about it all - thanks a lot guys!
