Thank you so so Much Gavin and Louis, bringing my things back home. So refreshing to have people approaching a job with common sense and logic, and actually asking, and then listening to what the client has said. Honestly thank you so so much, I was dreading being left having to try and move things into place with an injured shoulder, but you did a perfect job. I should have known as it was the same excellent service when you collected too.. In my experience it is hard to get a job done properly nowadays..You are definitely on the top of my list for the future, and highly recommended to others. Happy 🎄 Christmas and new year to you all. From the moment I contacted Easystorage their service and communication has been excellent. Solved our temporary storage solution by providing a container with 7 day access local to us in Southend.

The removal guys were so fast 1 hour start to finish carefully packed my belongings into existing pods
Chatty and lovely 😁
Then the communication to arrange delivery was very patient as my date moved several times

Fernando on customer service sweetest funniest guy had bit of banter whilst remaining professional

The men were helpful and very friendly. The whole process took less than two hours to do and was very fast and affective I was surprised by how much space one pod although it looks small actually had. I’m very impressed.

Such an easy booking system with storage pod calculator to estimate (highly accurately!) the pod(s) required … very responsive customer service … and excellent team on the day to pick up and take to storage … by far the most cost effective removal and service storage I have used

I used the team from Market Harborough. Absolutely brilliant bunch of guys. Originally collected my house contents from a unit at Safestore in Coventry. This was down to the sheer cost and paying on a four-weekly basis.
They then played a perfect game of 3D Tetris to save the amount of space I needed to rent and therefore money.
They kept the contents of my house for around a year whilst I completed renovations. When I phoned to get them delivered, to Loughborough this time, delivery was on time, and all items put in the room of my choice.
