Stunning building.
Unfortunately the seating used for the show we attended was very poor for adults. They were like school chairs and linked together which offered very little room.

Got the tickets for my wife and have to say up until the break we were enjoying the Candlelight Buble show and thought the artist was pretty bang on (remember your not seeing the actual artist at £200 a ticket).
Second show at the Cathedral and learned our lesson regarding temperature within the building at night so wrapped up for this one which was pleasantly warm sitting at the front, sitting at the back by the side door is a different story.
However, the drunken women trying to force people to get up in the second half did take away the shine. Alcohol should be banned from the cathedral.
The cathedral is exactly that, a beautiful 1,000+ year old building, yes the toilets are a 20 metre walk away and it can be cold, but the majesty of the surroundings makes up for this.

It was my first time to visit this church at night to listen to a Christmas concert. The atmosphere was good listening to Christmas songs in the church. After a short break, everyone gradually became involved and some people began to dance in circles in the corridor. From the first few people to the entire corridor, There was dancing, which pushed the lively atmosphere to a high level. There was a fee for the concert that night, and there were also paid drinks. There was a paid parking lot outside (some parking lots are free after 6:30). The beauty of the church at night is different from that of the church during the day, and it is worth a visit.
