Always a good place to visit. You do need the whole day to walk around. The cafe has plenty of choices as does the shop.

It has been a long time since I have visited and it has grown in so many ways. Very moving and beautiful to see in the Autumn colours. Managed to catch the end of a talk at the Last Post which was very good. Excellent facilities for those who are less mobile. We had a lovely lunch of soup and a glass of wine in the cafe. Lovely to see so many school children there interacting and learning. Fantastic Volunteers. The most poignant thing is the blank panels in the main memorial as the volunteer we were talking to said let hope we never fill them.

Great venue and amazing central monument. Discussing the inbuilt symbolism with the guide was enlightening. The monuments are at once impressive but sad and poignant and definitely drew tears on seeing the names of young people who had forfeited their lives in service.

Amazing humbling and emotional. staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The land train tour is well worth it. Had 2 course Sunday lunch at onsite restaurant which was delicious and good value. Would recommend a visit. A worthy tribute and memorial to all those who have served and sacrificed.
