Eric Shram and the team were brilliant. Eric was the first genuine agent we'd met whilst searching for a house. We purchased the property from Eric after several back and forth negotiations and his communication throughout was second to none. He and the team provide a personal service and the exchange process was treated as priority through to completion via Emma. Completion day came with a nice touch and the keys were handed over in style! Eric still owes me a baby-carrier though... I am sure the other agents are just as good as Eric, so please do use Giggs and Co!

Having recently both bought and sold through Giggs and Co it's totally necessary to leave feedback accordingly!
I had my house listed with an online agent (Purple Bricks) for around 8 weeks, and in that period (and with 2 price reductions) I achieved the grand total of ZERO viewings.
I gained an interest in a property listed by Giggs and co, and was immediately impressed with Eric who showed me around the house. He was down to earth, professional, and more than anything, just a really nice chap, who listened to my wants and needs, and understood what I was trying to achieve through open questioning.
Eric persuaded me to list my own house with Giggs, and insisted that it was very saleable, and his confidence inspired me to do so. Eric and Giggs didn't disappoint. Within a fortnight, I had struck a deal on both the property I viewed, and the sale of my own property, and since that date I have been kept up to date on a regular basis with how everything is proceeding. The communication really has been second to none, and that alone is worth it's weight in gold!
My experience in the property market tells me that not enough agents are concerned about the customer experience, and this isn't true of Giggs. It feels like the company care, and with Eric they have a real asset in terms of his sales skills and customer focus.

Great service and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and if the answer wasn't immediate they would get it and come straight back. We have recently sold and purchased through Giggs & Co. Eric managed the buying of our new property and made the whole process smooth and not stressful, he is professional, polite, friendly and ALWAYS answered the phone if you needed anything which made you feel as though you were the only customer he had to deal with.
Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received from all members of staff at Giggs. Everyone was happy to help and efficient with any enquiries that we had.

We have recently sold through Giggs & Company. Eric was assigned our home from the outset, he visited prior to putting the house on the market and informed potential interested parties. This led to us having multiple viewings within the first few days of the house being on the market. This in turn led to multiple offers and the house being sold within only a few days.
We then viewed multiple homes across the local area, including some registered to Giggs. Eric was on hand for any queries and he himself arranged to meet us at the houses we were viewing through Giggs. We really appreciated his non stereotypical salesman approach, he was not at all pushy and we were in fact surprised by the amount of knowledge he had on each house we visited.
We have since purchased our new home (STC), Eric so far ensured all parties are well informed by liaising himself with us, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser.
I would highly recommend using Giggs and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area. Eric's proactive approach has been instrumental and allowed us to sell our home and find a house for me and my family to soon call home. We are very grateful to both Giggs and Eric.

We bought our house from Giggs & Co back in May 2018. We had approached them early on in our search for our perfect home and received such a personal service from them throughout. Other estate agents sent us to places that we would never buy because it didn't fit our spec of what we needed. It makes you feel unheard and unimportant and can become frustrating BUT Giggs & Co really understood what was important to us. They contacted us about a few houses all fitting our 'must haves' list. In particular a lovely house in one of our favourite villages. They arranged a viewing that same day and oh my goodness it was perfect. We put an offer in that day and the ball was rolling. They had really listened to us and it meant so much. Jack was amazingly professional and friendly, he stayed in regular contact throughout the process and updated us and the sellers every step of the way, so that there was transparency on both sides. Its a stressful time but giggs & Co made it so easy. They even checked in with us after we had moved to see we had settled. A wonderful professional service and huge emphasis of customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I would totally recommend Giggs and Co if you are buying or selling a house. Eric Shram is professional, polite and friendly and puts 110% into his job at all times. He kept us informed with everything happening and helped us find the perfect house to buy as well as selling our current home all in two weeks. As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and didn't really know what I was doing. Giggs & Company were very quick to reply as well as being always helpful and professional during the entire period. There were a few complications that were out of control of Giggs & Company, which, without the support of the team, would have made me extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend the service I received enough and although I don't think I'll be buying another house in the near future, I'll definitely recommend them to other buyers.
I'm probably one of the more difficult buyers, as I took a look around the property multiple times and was, pretty much, back and forth with questions and worries, constantly, over the last few months. If they can put up with me and still remain incredibly helpful and supporting, then other, more experienced buyers, will find them ideal.

Moving house is daunting and choosing the right estate agent is important. I chose Giggs and Company because from the outset they listened to my reason for selling and what my requirements were. Whilst they offered very valid advice and guidance they never lost sight of what I wanted to achieve.
Kirstie and Joe were tasked with assisting me and they were both extremely friendly and professional throughout. Initially there was little interest in my property, which was disappointing, but their perseverance was unfailing. In the end my property sold within 2 months and I achieved a price I was happy with.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Perrin at Giggs & co. The day after our house went on the market the viewings started and we sold in 6 days.
Joe has kept us informed every step of the way and I have to say that I can't fault his service.
We were buying a house with a different agent who were ok but in no way as good a service as these guys. In the end we have brought a house through Giggs & co. Kirsty met us for the viewing and has also been amazing.
