On deciding to move and have a few estate agents value our property, we were put at ease straight away with Ollie and knew we were in good hands. Jack had the hardest job, what with all our questions and problems with the top of the chain and then covid. Jack was amazing and kept us informed all the way and we managed to move to our ideal home with his help. Would thoroughly recommend and use again. Having used Joe on a previous occasion, I had no reason to look anywhere to sell my property. From Ollie who valued through to Joe and India who both presented my property to prodpected buyers. The communication, enthusiasm and professionalism cannot be faulted. India was brilliant the minute she found a buyer. We had a monster of a move. Three different buyers and, after our original “dream home” fell through Giggs helped us find another one that is just as great. We finally moved into our new home after almost a year of struggles - not helped by COVID of course! There was a lot of frustration for all but I have to say that the way Joe Perrin at Giggs handled things was first class. He clearly cares about his work and, although he had his hands full with our chain, was brilliant - giving us a nudge when we needed to do things and chasing around for what must have been the best part of six months to see it finally over the line. A big thanks Joe 👍

A caring team, in particular India and Sophie, (although Joe was also working furiously in the background!) who did a huge amount of additional work to get the house to exchange in the time frame we needed. They communicated well with both ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors involved. If we were staying local we’d definitely use them again! Thank you.

My wife and I viewed three of their properties in a two hour slot, India, the girl who was showing us the properties arrived on time, and was very informed about each property, even though one of them had not been released for general viewing yet. She was able to answer all of our questions, and knew the area well.
Unfortunately we were viewing for a second choice, as we were all ready after a house with a different agent, which we actually managed to secure. I just wish that property had been with Giggs and co, as I feel the communication would have been much more straightforward.
I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever sell this house, it will be through their office.

I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. We used Giggs and company when we sold our flat and purchased the house we are currently living in. The service they provided was outstanding, we dealt with Ollie during the whole process and it was faultless! Their attitude towards customer care is outstanding, always going out of their way, and can’t do enough for you to ensure your sale and purchase goes through so smoothly. We’ve been in our house for 5 years and it’s time for us to move on. It was without question that we would use Giggs again for our house sale, and again, they have not failed to excel in their superb customer service. My wife and I interviewed three different estate agents when selling our house in September 2018 and felt most comfortable with Eric from Giggs & Co and decided to go with him. We are glad that we did as Eric went above and beyond in his service level when producing the brochure, arranging viewings, showing the property and then following up afterwards with prospective buyers to negotiate a sale.

We sold our house recently through Giggs and I have to say they were fantastic the whole way through the process! The photos were amazing and despite selling towards the end of October, we had lots of viewings and accepted an offer within 5 weeks. I’d like to thank Giggs but especially Jack, Eric and Emma for all their hard work. Nothing was too much for them and they kept in touch with regular updates. I would whole heartedly recommend Giggs to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
