Our hard drive failed suddenly and we thought we had lost years of photos and e-mails. Shaun helped us to replace the drive, repair the pc, recover our precious photos and e-mails and then upgrade the system so that the hardware and software was operating quicker and better than ever. On top of that Shaun is a really friendly and hard working guy who is honest, trustworthy reliable and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in contacting Shaun again in the future to help me with computer issues. My only worry is that by recommending him to others and leaving such a good review it may be more difficult to contact him next time.

What a find...Shaun has made such a difference to the development of our business that we almost want to keep him secret! His approach and style is very relaxed and friendly which makes him easy to work with and he relays his expertise in a simplistic way. I had a problem with my Hotmail account and found Shaun on the best of st Neots, called him on 21st August 2014, he was round the next day and fixed the problem.

Running my own small business I am becoming ever more reliant on computers to operate efficiently (some may say in-efficiently!). Having virtually no understanding of how they operate I am generally at a loss if it doesn't do what it is supposed to. I recently used Shaun to sort out a problem for me and while he was doing it I mentioned that I had always had a problem with my wireless link to the internet, at best the speed was slow and at times it wouldn't work at all. A simple device costing less than £25 has transformed things with a 5 bar signal now rather than 1 or at best 2 before. I would not hesitate in recommending Shaun's services. A very knowledgeable lad who explains things in a simple straightforward manner that even I understood.
