In July 2016 I text Shaun as I needed a new laptop, told him it was just for home use, and how much I could spend so could he recommend one. Well he found one in my price range, I decided to get it, Shaun come round to my house picked up my new laptop and my old tabled, he transferred all the data over in a day. Then returned it to me.

I found Shaun on this site, I called & left him a message & he called back within a few minutes. I had a number of problems relating to my lap top, old desk top, transfer of data & printer configuration issues. Shaun was very thorough & knew what needed to be done. He patiently explained to me in 'crib terms' as he sorted out each issue. His charge is very reasonable - value for money. He was an absolute pleasure to meet - polite, helpful & patient. Shaun visited my aging, ailing laptop last year. I found him to be very knowledgeable person, capable of relating to elderly technophobes like myself as well as doing his very best to resuscitate my laptop. However my laptop resisted all his expertise as it was 13 years old and destined for the recycle bin. Shaun did give me a very good piece of advice that for my personal requirements a tablet would be a good buy. This I did and have not looked back. Shaun helped me when my computer died and I thought I had lost all data. He responded to my cry for help very quickly and retrieved all that I thought was gone.
