We called you out and you were more than helpful sorting out our Computer . you even took it back to your workshop when things didn't quite go to plan during your first visit. You were back again with our computer within 1/2 Hour with it Working perfectly ... With the problem solved. We have recommended you to our neighbours & friends. I have been using Shaun now for a couple of years for website builds and computer problems and have found him to be personable, reliable and very good value for money. He will go over and above to help and I was impressed enough to recommend him to my customers when his services were needed, all of which have been extremely happy with him. I contacted Shaun about servicing the 2 laptops we have at home. I explained that my daughter needs hers daily to do college work on. That's wasn't a problem. Shaun picked the laptops up from my house at 8am and had returned them by 8pm the same day. Shaun serviced both laptops and did a few other bits on them for us. Great service, always punctual, trustworthy and polite. Top marks for this service.
