Thankful to have been able to have the professionalism, honesty and experience of Dan and his team. Following a survey filled with errors carried out by the prospective buyer of our home we wanted to find a second opinion. Their website and reviews filled us with hope. Dan's team came the next day and honestly evaluated the situation and provided a much more reasonable quotation for the work than we had been advised by the other company (if i can call them that) provided us. Lewis came he was really friendly and knowledgeable so very glad we found them and would not hesitate to use them again if we ever needed to.

It’s a pleasure to have done business with them. I would highly recommend! If ever you need advice or work done these guys will sort you out.

With so many companies to choose from I’m glad I chose this one … They came out the same day did a survey and found the problem, not sure what the chaps name was Dave or Daniel ? But he knew his stuff.. plus the price he quoted was the price we paid … wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dave and his crew to anyone…

Following a Biodigester breakage, Lee was very approachable and helpful in organising his team to collect the necessary materials and travel to near Monmouth to make the repairs. Luke and Josh tackled the problem in a very professional way and I have every confidence in the resulting repair. They left the site tidy after a long, very hot day. Thanks!

Survey showed we had some cracks in the drains under an extension of a house we just purchased. Contacted Dan who quickly came and inspected and quoted for the work. We weren’t in a position to proceed at that point but 2 years later contacted Dan again to say we wished to go ahead with the work. He sent us a revised quote and booked the work. On the day the guys were friendly, professional and clean and tidy workers. I altered the job slightly and we agreed an additional cost straight away and the extra work was carried out in the same time schedule. Very happy with the way the job went. Would highly recommend.

Super efficient, no mess and competitively priced - I cannot recommend Below Ground Solutions more highly. They have just dug me a new soakaway. It was done in under the time they estimated, they were incredibly polite and efficient and they left the area exactly as it was before - you can't even tell that they have done it from the surface. I needed a new treatment works installed. After engaging with several other companies who were making the whole process very complicated and very expensive (even I worked out that I did not need everything they were trying to sell me!), I came across Below Ground Solutions, who responded quickly, were courteous and came around (rather then just trying to put a quote together over the phone!), talked me through what I needed, and gave me a competitive quote. I proceeded with them and I am glad I did as they have delivered exactly what they said they would. It has been a pleasure dealing with them as they are sadly something which is becoming a rarity, an honest, hardworking company which I would have no issues in endorsing.

My husband & I just had a whole new septic system installed at our cottage by the wonderful team from Below Ground Solutions Ltd; from initial visit with Dan to chat through the project, to the team of chaps (Luke, Sam, Kieran plus Jordan, for electric work) who were tasked with the job itself, we could not recommend this company more highly. The installation was smooth, completed on time and our grounds left neat & tidy (which considering the equipment used and digging involved, was no mean feat in itself!). Should also mention we thoroughly enjoyed the company of the chaps throughout the course of the week and welcomed their daily updates and final sign off on the project. A sincere thank you to all involved!
