The work entailed laying a new drainage field to an established septic tank. Percolation tests provided the necessary length of drainage required. Dan’s team carried out the work in an effective and efficient manner. I was particularly impressed with the finishing touches to ‘make good’ including spreading new topsoil and sowing grass seed.

From the first meeting to the finished job, i could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. They were so polite, helpful and kept me informed of everything that was happening. They turned up when they said they would and worked to the timescale. I offered cups of tea but they didn’t accept because they had brought their own (probably wise).. They had full respect for the fact that i had to keep my dogs within a particular area. I would absolutely recommend them.

BGS assessed what was needed to install and connect a new system to an old drainage and waste system and install new sespit with clear outfow. They also installed french drains around building which gets a large amount of water off a hill. They were able to steer water into an existing ditch and leave building plus driveway free of this water flow. During the work there were times when I wasn't sure about parts of work but I would speak to the team and the matter was resolved very well. I would highly recommend this firm for your ground solutions.

Below Ground Solutions provided the answer to dealing with rainwater from a large flat roof extension. They designed and installed the complete system required. The men carrying out the work turned up on time and ensured I was informed when they were due to leave site so I could return and secure the building. They tackled a very difficult situation with trying to get the attenuation tank into position resulting in them having to lift the tank onto the roof, carry it across then lower it into position. These guys do not see problems just solutions that need acting on. An excellent job completed in 2 days as scheduled. They cleaned inside the building after having to gain access removing all traces of dirt and mud. The site itself was left tidy, you only knew they had been because the tank had been installed. An excellent job completed by very pleasant people, thank you.

We had a two man team from Below Ground Solutions on site for a week to install a new water treatment plant and decommission an old septic tank. The whole job went incredibly smoothly, with Jack and Gavin keeping us informed of progress throughout. They were professional, courteous and kept the disruption to a minimum. I would use BGS again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very impressed by BSG, before the team started i was in full comms with Lee. The starting date was planned as the tank had to be manufactured and delivered to site. A 6 man team arrived on the date they said they were going to, they knew exactly what they were doing and got on with it, without fuss. Plant on site involved a 7 tonne excavator, 2 tonne mini excavator, dump truck and turf cutting machine. They were so neat and precise with the work that was done, we were very happy with letting them get on with it and with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requires a new tank installation. Luke,Dan (cannot recall all the names) all the guys were nice to speak to and worked hard. Job well done guys!

Wonderful guys arrived on site - could not have asked for a nicer team.
Very polite, explained things as they went along and cleaned up absolutely everywhere afterwards. Garden looks smarter than when they started now and you’d never know the level of excavations that took place underneath the lawn.
Very busy company so a delay in booking a slot, but the above experience is exactly why we were happy to wait and not look elsewhere.

They didn't push us into making decisions we weren't comfortable with (unlike some other companies we got quotes from!) but were ready to go to get the ball rolling once our decision was made.
The guys worked hard all week to get the job done on time, despite their hire equipment not turning up on time! They were very respectful of us and the property - making sure nothing was damaged during the work despite having to work in a very confined area.
They left the site looking like it did beforehand - probably cleaner and tidier than when they started! Approachable and friendly guys doing the job. The work came with a guarantee and was approved by Building Control. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

After two initial consultation visits from Below Ground Solutions, during which we were thoroughly informed about all aspects of the process, this installation was professionally and expertly carried out. The team were polite, hardworking and did not mind reassuring us about all our questions, they were extremely well informed about the product we had purchased through them (the Marsh Plant) and made sure that we would benefit from the best possible options for the choice of compressors and other vital parts. We were supplied with a quote for the cost at the first visit which we considered fair and, because the eventual installation differed slightly from the first estimate and required less work, we were given a reduction from the quoted cost. I would strongly recommend this company.

Annabel and Lee provided great support and guidance through a lengthy and tricky application and approval process to gain a new consent for a sewage treatment plant discharge. Once the paperwork had all been completed and the consents gained, the work was completed efficiently and the charges were all as agreed up front at the beginning. Site was left tidy and am happy with my new install. Thanks to all the team!

Below Ground Solutions were engaged to rectify a drainage problem left by a previous contractor. Below Ground Solutions quickly identified the problem and the solution. They sent detailed information at the start so the project could be assessed. The boss (Dan) answered questions throughout. They turned up exactly when they said they would and did the job in the period that they had allocated. They even incorporated a few additional bits (chargeable) that I suggested needed doing. Luke and Daniel (the boys on site) were friendly and, despite it being a mucky job, tidied everything up at the end. The whole project was carried out efficiently, courteously and professionally. We would recommend them.

I picked Below ground solutions because unlike all the other companies I had contacted they listened to me, were very respectful and actually cared about my job. So I hired them before they had even given me a quote because I just knew they would do a good job. But they didn't just do a good job, they did an excellent job. Site visits, excellent. Communication, excellent. Carrying out the work, excellent. They completed earlier than expected and kept the costs as low as possible. A truly amazing company, a pleasure to deal with and a 5 star job. Below ground solutions were absolutely brilliant and I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a company that can be relied on. Throughout the work installing a treatment plant to our property, we had excellent service and professionalism from the installers with prompt and reliable backup from managers. The work was of a very high standard which has met the building regulations (BGS dealt directly with the building control authority which it undertook for no charge) and with good efficient electrical installation from a sub-contractor. All important documentation and records have been provided . The cost of the project was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as have many others.
