After excellent comms from Dan on dates and availability, Lee turned up exactly when he was supposed to and was extremely helpful in leading us to a better understanding of the drainage for our house. We're "off grid" for drainage and have been having problems with rainwater down pipes overflowing and needed to try and work out what the problems were. Lee went the extra mile with the investigations, getting his camera system involved, and eventually resorting to a spade! He was also very patient with all my questions! Lee was a pleasure to deal with and has come straight back with a quote to replace the "full/blocked" soakaway which he discovered. Highly recommend this company.

We inherited a relatively new sewage treatment plant that had been installed by idiots. Dan came up with a solution to remedy the fault that was actually even better than the design of the manufacturer, and this was very efficiently put in place by Lewis. I highly recommend Below Ground Solutions. Dan Hudson was extremely helpful and responsive, taking on this urgent job of connecting the property to mains drainage at short notice and even managing to bring the work forward from the initial plan. The team who did the work at the site were also very hardworking and professional, arriving promptly, keeping me updated with the progress and completing the work within the suggested timeframe. Below Ground Solutions have recently completed the installation of a Sewage Treatment Plant in my garden. They have done a fine job from start to finish. A thorough plan was produced and explained before work started and all questions answered to our satisfaction. The team arrived on the agreed date and completed the job in four days. Throughout they were tidy and careful of property. The final clean up was exemplary and the site reseeded as agreed. We were well pleased with the team’s skill and work ethic and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company for similar installation work.

Excellent experience of installation of sewerage treatment system at our house. Dan (owner) was very responsive to questions, quick to visit site and provide quote which was very competitive with others. Company managed to get all work completed within 4 weeks of us accepting the quote with great onsite team led by Dan. Team was helpful and pleasant to deal with and left site very tidy. Would strongly recommend to others.

I had photographs on the day we received the quote, to illustrate what would be done, I was shown photos of other jobs that had been completed. The team arrived as scheduled and kept me informed as they progressed with the work. They were very friendly and efficient, reported at the end of each day and explaned the plans for the following day. They tiedied up at the end of each day and cleared away when the job was finished. Brilliant! I would definitely recommend this company and its workforce.

Lee from Below Ground Solutions conducted the initial site visit to replace our septic tank with a treatment plant and it was clear that this was someone who knew their business. He was able to provide the level of confidence and assurance that is often lacking these days. When the team led by Dan arrived to commence the treatment plant installation, we were struck by their courteous and respectful manner. Throughout the works, the team worked diligently and professionally, with no let up in effort, even in the 30c heat! Their efforts to make good the ground after completion went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and the overall result (including the new plant) was excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending Below Ground Solutions, we’re truly delighted with their work.

Below Ground gave us a very speedy and accurate assessment of our drainage pump which had stopped working. They also replaced the necessary parts in quick time and the on-site engineers were very polite and friendly. We've never had this kind of work done before but we are sure the price was very reasonable. Most importantly, all is working fine now!

We are delighted with our new sewage treatment plant which was installed very neatly and tidily with minimum disruption. The team were polite and helpful, answering our questions and explaining how it functioned and the ground above it was restored exactly as it had been previously but with the addition of three new inspection covers and a discreet above ground electrical inspection cover and vent. We would definitely recommend this company for its quick and efficient work. Time from first contact to completion was less than 8 weeks and the work itself took just five days.

Thank you for a very prompt, professional service from Dan. We would definitely recommend BGS. Excellent customer service. Dan identified the problems we had with our treatment plant and had us up and running in no time. He suggested some ideas for improvement but was not pushy. Explained how the plant worked so we know in future and how to deal with any minor issues.

I needed a new soakaway for my treatment plant. Having had a couple of local firms say they could assist (and charging for vague, failed attempts), I had Dan recommended to me. He was very helpful, explaining potential issues and solutions and I felt very confident in his knowledge. The team he sent for all parts of the job were friendly, polite, hard working and the place was left very tidy and how I requested. Communication was efficient, work was done on time (particularly credit worthy given the heat they worked in). I would have no hesitation recommending below ground solutions to friends.

The Below Ground team were professional, caring and extremely helpful throughout every stage of getting our property connected to mains drains. Lee and Annabel did an excellent job during the quotation and organisation process, listening to our needs and ensuring we knew what was going to happen at every step, and Luke and Joshua worked like troopers on site and were incredibly helpful. Luke in particular was very knowledgable and experienced and put us at our ease. We were frankly astounded by the rate of progress on site as they got us connected up within 3 days when were thinking it would take at least 5!

We’ve had a septic tank install, Lee kept us well informed, the workforce worked as cleanly as possible and protected our garden where they could. Be under no illusion is a massive job and quite daunting to see 30-40 tonnes of soil in your garden but leave them to do what they need to do and the end result is great. 1 small issue with the manufacture of the tank was dealt with within 24hrs. Overall as good of an experience as you can expect when you’re having a 3 meter cube hole dug in your garden!

The experience was very positive. Dan was in overall control and responded to my requests/ concerns quickly and with confidence. I trust him. The guys on site were on time and worked hard. They also pointed out potential unforeseen issues and resoled them well. In truth, the real test will be how the system works. I have been assured that Griffin are prepared to empty the tank as and when. The plant's and Griffin's performance is key. But so far, it has been very good. Thank you. Robert
