What can I say other than the guys at Sms are amazing. Super service always happy to help.
Honestly they are great with several laptops and phones being fixed to putting on screen protectors on phones, watches and even my daughters switch.
If the repair doesn’t go to plan they always do the best to rectify it.

Highly recommended, I took my S21 ultra in for what I thought would be a new charging port as phone wouldn't charge, they booked me in straight away, was told 30 to 45 minutes and went back and it hadn't needed any parts just a good clean inside and didn't charge me for cleaning it! Will be using them for any future issues with phone or PC!

I recommend these guys highly. I wanted to replace my old gaming PC and within a couple of e-mail exchanges we had decided on a build. The PC was built within a week or so and in my office. I am delighted with the PC they built for me. It is so fast and so quiet, even with the GPU working its heart out in all my favourite high graphics games. The guys exhibit great communication and service skills.

As soon as I had a problem, I got in touch, and they were able to look at my laptop the very next day. Excellent advice and service, a great balance between value for money, but also what was necessary to get the best out of my device. They were able to book the repair in for a week after the original consultation and the repair itself was complete within a day. They are always so friendly, so helpful and do everything to an incredibly high standard. Would 100% recommend for your technological needs!

my iPhone was not charging properly,
maybe it's my cable that is broken? or maybe is dirt inside the connection on my iPhone?
both were checked and cleaned whilst I waited. (£5 for quick clean - £11 for new cable)

Have had my laptops repaired here for years. Always great service, professional and my laptop always comes out working better than it did when I first brought it. I wouldn't take my electronics anywhere else! 10/10

Left iPhone for new battery which was replaced as previous one fitted was faulty. Borrowed a loan phone whilst mine was being repaired over a weekend. Very nice team, courteous and prompt service.
