Great experience with this company, Holly was really helpful when I rang, to arrange engineer to come out for my elderly mother.
Ben arrived as estimated when he rang to say he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He reassured mom and myself, that he could fix the blocked sewage. And swiftly got on with the job explaining everything to us.

Called at approx. 1.30pm. They said the engineer would be there by 4.00pm, he arrived at 3.30pm. Checked the job and fixed the blocked toilet. Fault found and cleared. Very pleasant man and professional.

After a year of living with what had been sold to us as a house with a septic tank, it took Drain Doctor to look more closely and discover that we did not have a septic tank but instead two blocked drains, one for foul, one for grey water. Over several visits they systematically unblocked each drain - in each case requiring heroic efforts to remove decades of root ingress that had completely blocked the pipes. They then repaired and sealed the pipes with new materials, leaving us fully connected to the main drains. It's not every day you can say a drains company transformed your life – but this one did and we're incredibly grateful.

Paul was brilliant, put us at ease in what is a very stressful toilet situation in our rented house. He was cool, calm and collected as he thoroughly checked the drain and did diagnostics. He gave us price options and explained everything in a way we understood. He even spoke with our Letting Agent! We now have a true diagnosis and report to back it up.
