I used Excelsior Car service for different transfers whilst in the UK for a week in April and the service was excellent! Great communication before and during the transfers, professional drivers and clean cars. Couldn’t have asked for more. It’s not the first time I’ve booked with them and it won’t be the last! Thank you for taking care of me! UPDATE: I just used them again for 2 airport transfers and everything was great again! Good drivers (one chatty, one quiet, both good!), careful driving, clean cars, good communication and on-time pick-ups). I have used this service over the past 5 years and they are consistent and the prices are fair. Update: I had 2 more airport transfers with Abid and Billy did a great job!!

Really good and hassle free, highly recommended
Was a bit nervous as am not a local and needed a van due to a large amount of luggage and this was my first time using them. I neednt have worried. They turned up exactly when booked, very friendly and we had a very smooth trip to the airport. Thanks SHAK!

Kam picked us up very early in the morning from Birmingham airport. He provided timely and professional messages before our flight took off and he arrived promptly in Arrivals to meet us. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. We would certainly use Excelsior again based on this great experience and will recommend to others.

Great service with Shak - very professional, pick-up was prompt, and journey went very smoothly. I was a bit apprehensive having not used the company before, but booking was incredibly simple, and the staff was really pleasant when we phoned on the morning to confirm - they even gave us the name and number of the driver in advance to put us at ease. Bookmarked their website as will definitely be using the services next time we have a need to book a minibus!

Booked Excelsior cars for our trip flying into Birmingham Airport from Belfast International. Our experience with excelsior cars could not have been better. Could not fault Excelsior Cars Limited. Having looked at reviews of other companies and their prices I was worried we was never going to find an affordable or reliable service.

I’ve used Excelsior a few times now for airport transfers between Birmingham and Derby, and would highly recommend them. They have always been punctual and the drivers are friendly. Abid went above and beyond when organising an airport pick-up for my 90-year old Dad (who sometimes has to fly alone with special assistance) and even let me know when Dad was safely in the taxi. I really felt he was in safe hands, which is one worry less! Thanks too to Dad’s driver Kamar for chatting with Dad on the way home - he really enjoyed the ride. Will definitely be booking them again!

We used the long-distance taxi service available from Excelsior Cars to take us from Wolverhampton to Devon for a holiday, and for the return journey. Kabir was our driver on both occasions and was everything you would want in a driver for a long journey - easy-going, calm and an excellent driver. I can suffer with travel sickness, particularly with long journeys - but this was not the case with Kabir driving. It was a totally smooth journey and I felt fine. He was also punctual, polite and helped us with our luggage. I could not fault the service we received and would definitely use it again.
