I received polite and efficient service from Excelsior cars. My driver Irfan, arrived punctually to drive my family and I home from the airport today. Good communication before the day of travel and today!

Shak was our driver he picked us up from the airport to home. Messaged us in advance to let us know he was our driver and a followed up text saying he was waiting for us at the airport. Very good driver and nice chatty bloke. Thank you again Shak.

Our driver Irfan contacted me the day before to double check details on my booking, happily rescheduled my trip 30 min earlier on request and showed up 15 minutes ahead of the updated time. Super courteous, chatted with my kids and had car seat etc set up and ready in the car. Rare to get this level of service, top marks!

Booking online was very easy and good to see prices for each vehicle up front.
Had 2 top drivers in SHAK and IRFAN who dropped us off and picked us up. Both made contact beforehand, were friendly, and bang on time for both journeys.
Don’t think I’ve ever had a smoother airport transfer, and will definitely use again in the future.

Booked Excelsior taxi to move from Birmingham to Glasgow. Best decision ever to take the road. Booked excelsior for airport transfer to hotel, was so glad we did as our flight was delayed and arrived at 1am, had a text from our driver SHAK when we landed to let us know he was waiting for us in arrivals, took us to our hotel 30 minutes away without any fuss, have already booked them for return journey to airport, so we will definitely use the service again

I recently used Excelsior Cars for the first time - instead of using Airport Parking at B'ham Airport. Their excellent service means that I will definitely be using them again in future.
