First time using Excelsior! Was travelling with my family ( my girls are 1 and 7) so needed booster and baby seat. They were fabulous! Had to change my flight 48 hours before and they were accommodating and very understanding! Shak took us on both transfers. Great 👍 pleasant and professional. Will book again.

This is the second time I have used this company, and I cannot see myself using any other car transport company moving forward. The service is excellent, booking is easy, they are always flexible, and the journey runs smoothly from start to finish. As a travel writer, I tend to visit a lot of places across the UK, and this sometimes requires the need for a car rather than train or coach. At the start of September, I decided to take my sister and elderly mother along on one of my trips to London for a couple of days for a break, and because of mom's mobility, we turned to Excelsior again having used them back in April. Everything was perfect both travelling to and back from London. They are totally reliable and our driver, Adrees, was so lovely - it was like being driven by a family member. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will 100 percent be using them for my future trips. At last - a company where you don't have to waste time worrying about whether they will show up and get you to your destination in safety and comfort! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Excelsior. Reno Charlton.

I always use Excelsior- they are reliable, punctual, with clean cars, pleasant, professional drivers and an owner who cares and goes the extra distance to make sure the start and end to a holiday isnt ruined or filled with panic- wonderful.

What a fantastic company. My thanks to Abid H who went to great lengths to help me after a company had let me down 5hrs before pick up!
Abid phoned me straight away, 04:30, after I had put an emergency request for two minibuses. They only had one available but totally changed their plans to fit me in.
I am now using them for the return journey as well. My thanks to Shak, the driver, who everybody agreed was polite and good humoured throughout the long 5 hr journey.
This is my go to firm and I will no longer consider any others. They won’t let you down😁👏👏

Kam was excellent with his service. A gentleman from the second we met him until the second we were dropped off at home.. he provided not only an excellent service but also a friendly person to talk to when I was extremely tired.. Once again they dropped us off at the airport for our holiday in comfort and with absolute efficiency, the pick-up was perfectly on time and we arrived with time to spare.
My error in our booking was picked up by Abid and his team who informed me of the mismatch between our booked return date and our actual flight. Our booking was amended and the reassuring text message from Shak was waiting for us as soon as I turned on my phone when we landed at 2 am.
We can't recommend Excelsior cars highly enough - thank you for the stress-free start and finish of our holiday.

I was so impressed with Excelsior Cars. I booked them at relatively short notice on the day I was due to travel. The communication was excellent, costs very reasonable and the driver, Kam, was absolutely lovely. He couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. The journey was moderate length but time flew by. I was so impressed, I decided to book again for my return journey to save me the uncertainty of the trains. A wonderful experience.

What a wonderful company. Requested a taxi for a moderate length of drive and at short notice too. Within an hour, I was contacted confirming they could transported me to where I needed to go. My 7 year old son and I booked a transfer from BHX to our home in Coventry.
Our flight was a late one. And was delayed by over an hour. So when we met our driver Kam at arrivals at nearly 4am, his friendly and helpful demeanour was just what was needed.
The journey home was seamless, and again Kam was engaging and a pleasure to talk to.
I recommend Excelsior unreservedly but more so Kam.

We used Excelsior for our family holiday transfer to and from Gatwick Airport. I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the company. Their driver, Shak, was so helpful and such a good driver. I’m probably hyper critical of my fellow drivers but no such issues with Shak. Top man. Top firm.

Can’t recommend Excelsior Cars enough. I found them by Googling Birmingham/Walsall taxis. It was so Easy to book online, very competitive pricing, clear confirmation/instructions for airport pick up and a delight to be driven by such a personable individual. Will definitely use again.
