We booked Excelsior cars for a return trip from home in Coventry to Birmingham airport for 5 am and although the driver turned up 1/2 an hour early and we weren't ready he waited in his cab. The driver was very efficient and I am glad I booked a return with them as when I got to the airport I found that my keys had fallen out of my pocket. I rang him and he looked after them until the return journey. Overall it was a very efficient and inexpensive Taxi to and from Birmingham airport. I would definitely recommend the company and would book with them again if needed.

Booked a few days in advance for a transfer from a house in Coventry to Birmingham airport at 4am.
The car arrived a couple of minutes early and was clean and the right size for what was required.
The driver was friendly. One (minor) issue was that his driving style was a little 'jerky' i.e. press accelerator, release accelerator, repeat. Given the roads were clear at that time I would suggest use of cruise control to keep it smooth!
They were also the cheapest I could find having shopped around quite a bit (apart from Uber - but we wanted reliability).

Excellent service from the Birmingham airport to Nottingham. The owner is very friendly and helpful. At the last moment I had to change the car that I booked, but I just had to pay a small amount in addition. Definitely the most convenient means of transportation and I highly recommend Excelsior cars.

Only slight issue was a delay on the pick up for the return journey but the M6 north had had a nightmare problem wise, which was obvious to see on our trip back to Dudley.

The drivers arrived ( on both occasions) on time to collect me from my home to drive me to Birmingham Airport and to return later in the week.
Both drivers were polite and also helpful in carrying my case.Both cars were to a high spec. which made for a comfortable journey.

Excellent service from start to finish. Abid dropped us off at Heathrow. Hassle free journey as usually I avoid London airports and it was a pleasure to chat to him on the way down.
Was a perfect start to the holiday until i realised I had left my wallet at home , Abid even offered to give me the back the money I had given him, and I could pay him when I got back to UK. I don't think anyone else would have done that.
Really impressed with Kabir as soon as I landed at Heathrow he had already texted me. Perfect journey back to Birmingham.
Will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family, and will definitely use them again ! They also don't take advance payment until the journey is confirmed when they contact you to confirm all details.

Booked Excelsior at short notice for a drop off and pick up to BHX. On time and good communication from the driver on both legs. Had child booster seats which really helped too!

Used excelsior for our 8 strong family group to Birmingham Airport they phoned 10 minutes before pick up to tell us the mini bus was not available so they sent 2 cars instead for the same price. I booked return journey and was there for us I would recommend excelsior to all as they are reliable and fairly priced.
