Good value for money would stay again.
The hotel was great for us as we came from Derby for the football match.Viv The room was clean, bathroom a bit "tired but clean. The bed was good but no spare blanket. We found it very difficult to book a table for dinner after asking reception when we arrived, after the footballer match finished, and ringing down to reception, all the staff failed to contact the restaurant because the bar was very busy and staff apparently couldn't hear the phone! We decided just to go to the bar and ask for a table. Originally told too late to book but the manager found a table for us. Although staff very polite.

parking. as it was a match day we couldn’t park as it is also available for fans to park in which I found very unfair as I was a paying customer for the hotel

It was clean and reception were really efficient and helpful
I was quite surprised at how thin the walls were. I could hear very clearly the conversation from the next room and I don't feel they were being particularly noisy or loud.

Great room, disappointing view.
Room was clean, warm and comfortable
I paid extra for a "pitch view" room and while the view was great... half of my window was blocked by the scoreboard. Which was disappointing.

Great friendly staff. Grear room with view on the Patch nothing better than that for a big football Fan. Comfty bed and everything very clean . And a good Breakfast NICE STAY Thank you!
I watched the World cup Match in the Hotel Bar the only annoying Thing was that the TV didnt work very well so there was a constant problem witj the screen . The TV in the room worked without any issues.
