Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is serving good food almost round the clock in an efficient manner
The property is designed to provide service to visitors to the stadium and it is doing its job very well. I did not come across any major deficiency.

Great location for short stay
I was made to feel very welcome by the team on reception, they made sure to give me the parking info and WI-FI code - very important! Lovely big room and comfy bed. Although I didnt use it, having a menu for late night snacks was a great idea!
There was a strange humming noise coming from the heating, I thought I'd left the bathroom light on as it sounded like the extractor, but it came from the radiator- I turned the radiator off but it continued, however, it didnt stop me sleeping.

Hotel expensive with other hotels in the area, but is handy for the football which was what I was visiting there for.
Drinks could have been a lot cheaper, compared with other outlets in the area.

Needed a quiet place to work. The hot-desking deal at the hotel is good value for food/hot drinks plus strong Wi-Fi, warm and power.

Stayed overnight whilst the rugby was on at the stadium, rooms were spacious and had everything needed, including trouser press, fan, iron etc.
What makes the hotel so good is the staff and how friendly and professional they all are, we arrived early and although check in was 3pm, they managed to get us our room before 2pm, but all throughout the stay all the staff were so helpful, it really did make the stay so enjoyable.
Enjoyed a few drinks in the bar, prices were reasonable and the atmosphere in the bar was great.
Will defiately return when I get chance.

The breakfast was awful, we had to wait 10 minutes for bacon to be cooked. The bread was the cheapest thin sliced not suitable for toasting. Croissants were hard and inedible.

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room and bed were fine, although the layout of the hotel rooms are not easy if you have trouble with stairs. The rooms are not on one level.
Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking, not a great deal to choose from,the croissants were rock hard. We had looked at the dinner menu on the hotel site,had chosen before going down to dinner. Once in the dining/ bar area we were given a bar menu with a few choices. Apparently the web site wasn't changed and the full menu wasn't available.
