Very poor We came down 9.00 am Eggs weren't cooked Most of hot food trays empty Not much choice cereal coffee machine didn't work well ran out of butter, toaster was poor had to put bread in twice

Easy access, free parking, spacious room and an enjoyable stay
Easy and quick to check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bar was a nice area to sit in with live music that evening. Free parking on site was completed at reception. Really lovely stay
It could have done with a choice of pillow width as they were all too plump for me.

Great venue for meetings, but the meeting rooms were cold and the food service at our lunch break was dismal at best . Sandwiches first, then some half cooked pigs 8n blankets that looked like a farmfoods special

The room was lovely.
Unfortunately there was a Bolton match on which we weren't aware of. We couldn't get room service to our room before the match and we tried to go into the bar to have a drink before we went out, but I was so busy. Ruined the night a bit really as we wanted to chill before we went out.

A pleasant overnight stay.
Nice room at a reasobnable price. Comfy bed. Plenty of facilities. Staff very friendly at reception.
All good apart from alcohol price. Ordered a bottle of red wine for £35 which I later discovered retailed at £7. That's a ridiculous mark-up considering they'll buy it in cheaper than that. Take your own is my advice!!

Huge comfortable beds - wonderful!
Although the cooked breakfast was standard fare the food was freshly cooked, good quality and the scrambled eggs were creamy and delicious which is so unusual for a hotel breakfast. Friendly staff. The bedroom was big and the bed huge and really comfortable. There were 4 good quality, comfy pillows . It was lovely to have central heating instead of air conditioning. A quiet night’s sleep without the drone of an air conditioning unit.
The window (car park facing) was very small. The decor a bit dated and the wall pictures cheap and uninspiring.

Lovely venue but let down by mould!
Location and value
Mould in the bathroom is a major concern. Extractor fan not working would be the main reason for the damp / mould. Certainly the only negative (but a big one!)

Stayed here from Friday to Sunday the 20th November for a shopping weekend. The staff were really lovely. The food was good and the rooms were spotless. And the view of the stadium was an added bonus. Lovely breakfast too. Nothing to fault.

I arrived at 9.45pm missed dinner (930 pm finished) and room service was not available until 11.00pm. More joined up thinking required!!

Pizza was sooo good, asked for a box to take the rest back to my room as I couldn't admit defeat! Jack served me and he was so friendly, and really helpful when suggesting portion sizes etc. I have stayed here before and the food was good then too.

Great Location Hotel
The hotel was in a great location for what we needed and ample shops and eating places in close proximity Also has a Vue cinema and Hollywood bowl close if looking for something to do
