Nice sized hotel with friendly staff and plenty of parking. Stayed for three nights and found the beds to be quite comfortable still, despite looking slightly tired from age...
The rooms are spacious and functional and the bath holds the heat well, but didn't test the shower as didn't seem like it was flush against the socket..
Selection of food is very minimal and mainly either pizza or burger. But plenty of different outlets either side of the hotel. Rooms serviced daily and maintained to a good level of service but overall summary is it could do with some modernisation.
Other than that a nice enough hotel to rest up in.

Perfect for what I was needing
Perfect for what I needed it for. Just off the motorway, free Parking, 12pm checkout, boxing event on site, bar was busy but efficient, loads of amenities in retail park near by.
WiFi was hit or miss, my o2 reception was non existent, floor level did not match rooms numbers, which is first I’ve seen that in a hotel 😂

Great location, and Bolton won!
I did not have breakfast, I had to leave very early. Location is unbeatable if you are going to Bolton Arena or Bolton Stadium.
It can be a tad noisy on a Saturday night.

We had a premier suit that was nice and big with a separate lounge area and walk through bathroom with a shower and bath. free parking.

Premium room spacious and comfortable. Plenty of car park. 24hr service at front desk. Washing machine and dryer available for use.
1. Sofa bed. Unfortunately room 214's sofa bed is damaged upon arrival. No other room was available therefore needed use it despite it being uneven and wobbly. 2. Breakfast area very dark, lighting needs to be improved. 3. No fridge

We often use the Restaurant / Bar area of the hotel for Business Meetings, and lately the Hot Desking facility, where it remains very competitive indeed, and on top of that you get a very cost effective meal and better still get served by the fantastic staff, there, that attend your desk periodically.
And my commendation goes to Alison, that not only is a very friendly person to meet, but makes the stay and day that much better with her Professional demeanour and great overall attitude to the whole place.
The service and cleanliness of all areas is impressive indeed, and as such we will continue to use this facility periodically.

Happy anniversary
The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding, rang 45 min before arrival and asked if they would leave a note to wish my fiancee a happy anniversary and they had made the effort and left a card , a box of chocolates and a bunch of flowers. Little bottles of gin and tonic the bed was very comfy and was very quiet and the view from the corner pitch view room was amazing. Would happily stay again
The breakfast was very slow and food wasn't the best. Having to wait for items to be ready and by the time they was the rest of your food had gone cold.sausages tasted like rubber and for £30 for 2 people not great value for money.

I stay regularly for work and I always find the staff fantastic and the facilities are more than adequate for me. Plenty of food outlets very close if you fancy a change.
