Stayed many times before and much as it always has been. Most staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The barman appeared as if he didn't want to be there.

Good location with ok hotel. But could be better Food was only ok, wouldn’t have any more than £25 per person for main course as not worth any more but was ok. Not happy that they no longer have a pool and gym. Nothing to do in hotel except use as somewhere to sleep.

It was decent. It was really tasty and a great variety of food That there were no local areas to go out for food/drinks

Really enjoyable breakfast was excellent although they did run out of clean cereal bowls and some people had to wait. the room was adequate but not luxurious and the window was a bit on the small side. The bed was huge! En suite was lovely with lots of space to put toothbrushes etc. The hotel car park entrance was really hard to find, especially coming from the Horich end. This may not be the hotel's fault, they need to talk to the council! Once found there was plenty of car parking not too far from the door. Although there was a lift there were also several 'half landings' where steps had to be climbed to get to the rooms. Not sure if there are any 'accessible' rooms but I assume there are if people ask.

We were pleased with our choice of hotel and would use again Easy parking, pleasant staff, a reasonably roomy room and en suite, appreciated access to water in reception and the possibility of buying chocolate there!! easy access to the motorway. The room was quiet enough with the window closed, but on a hot night with the window open the early morning traffic noise was disturbing. I was disappointed in the breakfast- not produced with love and pride.

Bolton on a Tuesday night. What more could a man ask for? Novelty value of staying in a football stadium, even if it was Bolton. Friendly staff, clean room, decent value for money. Lively hotel with lots going on, I’ll come again Rooms were fine, perhaps on the verge of looking a bit tired but decent enough

Great room and staff, let down by the food Outstanding room The bar menu was very poor and the food wasn’t of the best quality either. There was a large party from a local company within the bar, numbering 15 + who pulled a number of tables together and the noise was just to excessive. I was unable to take a couple of phone calls and ended up taking my drink to my room. This want dealt with by the staff which was a shame.

Travelodge with a different name Proximity to the motorway and good for the restaurants at the Reebok. Free parking. No atmosphere anywhere in the hotel. Place is more like a Travelodge. Threadbare carpets in rooms. Everything generally run down. Wouldn’t stay again.

Wedding eve stay over. It was very peaceful in the hotel. Food in the bar was nice. Staff were excellent It seemed that the room was set for one person despite it being a twin room booked for 2 guests. One shampoo, one pack of biscuits, one towel in the bathroom although there was another one in the wardrobe.

It was my sister`s 70th birthday on September 3rd. Three of us had 2 rooms - one twin and one single. We arrived by train, went for lunch in Bella Italia then checked in. Both our rooms were near each other on the 5th floor. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We then went to Bolton Arena to the Made In Manchester Festival, coming back after 10.30 pm for a nightcap in the bar. All staff in reception, bar and restaurant for breakfast were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfast. The room has been renovated since we last came and instead of staff bringing pots of tea, you make your own using a machine which dispenses hot water. We couldn`t work out how to use it but a very helpful lady called Margaret showed us what to do. We enjoyed our stay.

Let down by check-in staff The location and the pitch-side view. An interesting building. WiFi didn't work in our room. They knew this and said on checking out that they could have given us a booster. Why didn't they just give us the booster at check-in? The air-conditioning dripped. Yes, it was a heatwave. Buffet breakfast was OK but nothing special. Some staff working very hard.

Would stay again room and all areas of the hotel were clean and met expectations. Staff were exceptionally helpful, overall a pleasant stay. View from the window was the car park - but it is a football stadium so views across the watering hole seeing herds of wildebeest charging over the veld were never going to materialise No air con in the room - it was very hot and opening the window just let more heat and noise in

clean and spacious. Not the best night‘s sleep. The room was spacious and the overall feel off-the-peg hotel was good. we were staying overnight for a family gathering, so didn’t have time to use the facilities, bar or restaurant. Hotels Are kot responsible for their clientele, but we were awoken constantly through the night (mainly between 3:30-4:30 am) by doors banging, people speaking loudly in the corridor, and knocking on each other’s doors… and we wear earplugs! Things did die down after I called reception. As seasoned travellers all over Europe, this only happens in the UK and it seems to happen every time.

Decent location with a nice bar and restaurant. The gentlemen on reception was very helpful organizing late checkout, shame the same couldn't be said for the woman on reception who explained id have to come down in the morning to sort late check out. Which for obvious reasons defeats the object of late check out. luckily her colleague was a lot more helpful and sorted everything in seconds.

Comfortable and convenient Excellent location for the stadium and retail and food outlet areas. Easy to get there ,not far off the motorway. Plenty of free parking. Despite the hotel being very busy on a matchday the room was quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Bar too crowded on a matchday but this was to be expected.
