Good value functional hotel.
Plenty of parking and very friendly staff. Good sized clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and overall good value for money.

So all the negative feedback I've seen about this hotel we honestly do not have anything negative to say. From the time we arrived till the time we left it was gold stars all the way.
I have to say a huge thanks to Sian for making our room memorable Bolton teddies left for the kids and Bolton gin and fever tree tonic for myself and my husband.
Lovely and fresh room and beds for us all
The room was perfect looking straight into the pitch my son and husband were in there element.
We shall definitely return and hopefully to see a game as well.

GOOD EXCEPT FOR LUKEWARM SHOWER
Room was clean and bed was comfortable .breakfast buffet was good;
water in shower was LUKEWARM in the evenings.rooms could do with updating.

Super stay, super friendly go the extra mile staff and a great bar.
Everything needed was in the room except USB sockets in plugs.
No plug sockets at all either side of the bed.

Comfy bed but left disappointed
Comfy bed, good size room. Friendly staff
Bedroom was in need of a refresh, it looked tired. Dusty in room. Remote control not working, informed reception told they would fix it but didn't. Not enough tea for two people. Noise in room above for half the night. No cranberry juice ...they had run out.

Staff were absolutely lovely and the bar / restaurant had a nice selection of food and drink.
However the room was in desperate need of an upgrade. It was old and the furniture shabby and unclean. The sofa bed did not work.
Overall, I think there are better options close by (eg Premier Inn) for a fairer price - this would change if the rooms were refurbished.

Will be back soon with the grandchildren to visit family again even better when pool refitted

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was a good size. Decent shower. Easy parking.
Couldn't connect to the hotel WiFi and didn't have time to try and get it resolved with reception.

A great one night stay.
Checking in / Out was quick. Response to housekeeping was quick. Request at breakfast was quick.
The bathroom had a bit of water damage and no sockets beside the bed to charge phones overnight. Lucky I took an extension lead.

Great hotel
Very comfy bed. Completely soundproof - I didn't hear any in the other rooms for the whole stay. Staff were very friendly and helped me out with various queries. Modern rooms with ample space. Very clean.
Location is only good if you want to be up at the stadium. But I booked that on purpose, so it's not really a complaint. But if you want it to be convenient for the town centre, it isn't really.
