The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the radiator was awful. I did not get to sleep until the traffic started in the morning to slightly cover the radiator noise. The rooms are quite confusingly accessed when you come out of the lift.

Comfy, spacious, lovely breakfast and moved us to a nicer room for wedding night
Gave incorrect information regarding early check in for my wedding guests who needed to get ready, saying they could check in early if we called nearer to the time then when we called said can't and we were given the incorrect information previously

Took my old man to watch Higgins at the snooker event at the premium suite. Nice hotel and venue for sure easy access and via any form of standard transport 💯

the room was fantastic
the restaurant food was terrible , the restaurant setting was nice but the food was really not good and considering we were the only people in there 80% of the menus was not available.
