Really good stay! Friendly & professional staff, room super clean. Breakfast with a beautiful sea view and very delicious breakfast menu. 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes was exceptionally good 👍

I am glad that we booked a sea-view superior double room for our stay in Eastbourne. The hotel was an old however our room was amazingly space and the view from the second floor was splendid. Our family loved it and we could definitely come in and recommend to our friends.

We had a lovely room overlooking the beach. The check-in was very smooth, with kind and helpful staff.
We forget our phone charger, went back to the hotel the next day, and a staff member found it and gave it to us.

I discovered The Burlington Hotel a few years back , while passing through to visit relatives further down the coast line , i was struck by its size and location , and had to see inside . So i booked a room . A proper step back in time Hotel , but with all the modern facilities you would expect with a stay away from home .. Great staff , Great location, Great prices .Even the seagulls are friendly .....

Good for a short break but don’t expect any mod cons.
Great location, convenient parking. We had a big light airy room with two armchairs and lots of space. Not much of a view but we didn’t pay for a sea view.
The bed was comfortable and bedside tables were a good size. It was very clean.
The staff were very friendly. In serious need of modernisation. No mod cons, no power outlets near the bed, carpet has definitely seen better days. Bathroom definitely needs a major upgrade!

Great location on seafront. All staff without exception were superb. Friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meal.
Its an old Victorian building which looks quite neglected from the front. Does need some updating.

Perfect venue for long and short stays.
Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Requests were dealt with immediately and in a very helpful way. All areas are spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. It's our go to hotel when staying in Eastbourne.
Coffee (selection) was not available to purchase before 12 mid-day. We like a fresh coffee at 11 ISH.

The staff at The Burlington were exceptional, always helpful and had a smile on there face, I would like to give a very special mention to the young man at the bar who was always cheerful, happy and extremely polite to all ages of customers, would be proud if he was my son or Grandson
